It's a huge amount please clarify it .

TATA Indicom — INCAPABILITY TO SERVICE
HI,ITS BEEN 10DAYS I M FOLLOWING UP WITH AN ISSUE WITH TATA INDICOM. THE LANDLINE INSTRUMENT WHICH THEY HAVE PROVIDED ME IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I M HVG THIS CONNECTION SINCE 3YRS. BUT THEY CANT HELP ME AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT S ON TIME. ALL ACCOUNT FINE.
WHENEVER I CALL THEM THEY SAY OUR SYSTEMS ARE GETTING UPGRADED. NOBODY TO HELP. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE THE INSTRUMENT AND THEY ARE SAYING PAY 1OOO RUPEES. WHY PAY THEM?? I CANT UNDERSTAND.
EVEN THE ENGINEER WHO VISITS SAYS THAT WE GIVE SECOND HAND INSRUMENTS TO CUSTOMERS IF THEY ASK FOR ANY REPLACEMENT.
IS THIS JUSTIFIED. SUCH A BIG COMPANY CHEATING UPON THE CUSTOMERS.
NOW I TOLD THEM THAT I WANNA CANCEL MY ACCT AND THEY ARE SAYING I[censored] WANT YOU CAN TRANSFER THIS TO ANY O[censored]R RELATIVE.
SHAME ON THEM AND THEIR INCAPIBILITY. I RQST RATAN TATA TO LOOK IN TO THIS ISSUE. SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN HIS COMPANY.

TATA Indicom — Mobile Bill false charges
Hi,I am having Tata indicom mobile connection more than 5 years. I was satisfied with the provider for long time. But since last few months I am getting irritated with the behavior of the customer care and billing department. Every month I am being charged with T-2-T ( tata to tata) calling charges which was free as a add-on pack. I had a word with customer care executive and he/she had confirmed that its free for me as I am paying extra for the pack. Last 8 months they are charging me with this but when I lodge a complaint, they will revert it back.But now they are refusing to do so for the current month. I am really getting irritated with these people.

TATA Indicom — Mobile Number Portability refused with no reason
HiI made a request for Mobile Number Portability to Tata Indicomm on Aug 27, using the PORT sms. I also submitted my request to Airtel office with the completed form and all documents on the same day, with the Unique porting code, my address proof, PAN, photo-id.
After which, Tata Indicomm, said that they will do the portability by Sep 11. I had to follow up multiple times to know the status of the portability. In between, I got a call from a person asking for reason for porting, which I explained in short and asked to be called later, as I was in a meeting then.
As 2 weeks was up and I was still waiting, I called up again, and was told by Tata Indicomm that I have to make a request again, as the previous request was made invalid. I asked for a reason, and they said that I had apparently withdrew the porting request. I was surprised and I explained otherwise, but was asked to still make the request again as it has been 2 weeks since the last request.
I did the request again, but I have a concern there is no certainity that this request will be honoured. The service providers can make us wait for two weeks after which, they can ask us to make the request again. There is no provision to indicate that I want to withdraw the porting, so it is upto the whim of the service provider to indicate thereof and cancel the request.
I am quite disappointed at the service responses to the delay in the portability. I do wish an honest explanation can be given, even if it were procedural error - I would understand. Having no explanation provided is a refusal of service requested.
How do I ensure that the porting does occur this time also, from Tata Indicomm.
