I made my monthly payment of TATA SKY DTH SUBSCRIPTION through internet banking on 01/07/2012
amount Rs. 425 DEBIT TO MY A/C NO. [protected] WITH central bank of india TATA SKY ID [protected]
The said amount neither credited to TATA SKY nor refunded to my account.
Please look into this matter.
And refund the amount to my a/c my account no. [protected].
