Tata Teleservices — tata docomo 3g issue | |||||
Dear Sir, I am extremely disappointed with the Sales Agents which are selling tata photon connection outside Wipro office in Hinjewaadi phase 2. They don't know their job, and at the end customer is facing the burnt. I took tata photon 3G corporate connection(Rahul-[protected]) from Gajanan Enterprices (Office No. 6), Indraprastha Mall, 2nd Floor, Mitramandal Chauk, Pune 411002). This fellow doesn't even know how to write English, gave me the dongle, and while noting down my address, didn't bother to write it properly. He said it's not needed, and my photon will be activated in few days. After lots of follow-up, my tata photon got activated. But within few days, it was deactivated again, due to -ve address verification. I again called Rahul, offered him to give my full address proof, and was ready to deliver at his doorsteps, but he said it's not needed and my tata photon will be activated. It was never activated. I called customer care, they asked me to visit local tata photon office, which I did, but I was told that they don't handle corporate connection. I am in a catch 22 situation. This person Rahul or his boss Vikram is not picking my calls or answering my sms. I requested them to atleast give me some contact address wherein I can go and raise my concern, submit my address proof, but that also they didn't provide. I don't know when to go, whom to approach.
