[Resolved]  Tata VSNL Broadband — Refund of money

Tata VSNL decided to rollback services in Hyderabad from Jun 30. Customers who prepaid the amount were promised refund within 30 days.
Now when you phone up customer service they say that they cannot refund because account is suspended and not terminated. They do not know who will terminate and so they cannot help

As they cannot help customer can say TATA to their money

One great stunt is that they say they were trying to contact but could not get through. The rest of the world is able to connect but TATA mobile services is incapable of that also
