[Resolved] Tata VSNL Broadband — Pathetic Customer Service | |||
I have been complaining about my tata broadband connection for the past one month. everyday the connection works for about 1-2 hours n then it's gone. i have called customer care service and all tata offices possible at least 10times each, yet there has been no response whatsoever. not a single technician has been sent to my place to see what the problem is. the only thing that the company has been doing right so far is sending across bills on time and repeatedly reminding me to pay it. this has got to be the worst broadband service i've ever used. their only motto is cheat the customer and make money. absolutely pathetic.... VSNL — customer service
One of the members of our abovementioned society had taken broadbandinternet connectivity and 12x18 inches switch board was fixed inourbuilding premises on 4th july, 2005 and your letter stated that you will pay and amount of Rs.150 per month for switch as power charges which we have not received uptil now and when called your customer care service they were not ready to help us to know whether the cutomer Mr.Jigish Bhatt is still using the services or not and if so how much he has facility and asper your agreement where is the cahrge you were suppose to pay the society.Mr.Jigish bhat refuses that he is not using the line but we want confirmation from your side so that we can take necessary action against him if required.
Kindly ask your staff to behave with the ethics code of Tata and do not spoil the name of the reputed concern.Kindly email me the scan copy of the person who has approved this connection from this society.Sorry for the incovenience caused and awaiting your early reply.Incase you are unable to answer I will contact Mr Amulya Charan orMr Choudhary.
