We have never ever experienced such a pathetic service support. That too from a corporate company. Unbelievable.
This is the second time they are trying to let us down. The first one was nearly three months before. There was some connection problem for our vsnl broadband. We reported the complaint several times over phone and by mail. Nobody has turned up and we did not receive even a phone call from their side atleast for one month. After nearly five weeks one technician turned up and he rectified the complaints in five minutes time.
The second one has happened recently. They deactivated our email connection on 4th june, 2016 correlating payment issue.Infact we had made the payment on 30th may, 2016. We provided our payment details on the same day itself and we requested several times to reactivate our email connection. They have not responded till now.
Ours is a business organisation and this is our official email id. We could not receive or send our email messages for last five days. What a pathetic service support??? Was this information helpful? |
