Tata VSNL Broadband — non receiving of prompt service | |||
I am a customer of vsnl broadband for almost 3 years. i have been lodging complaints for frequent interruption of connection for almost 6 months by telephone. the problem is that eventhough i have ups there is no internet connection for at least for 4 hours during day time everyday in Alappuzha. i I have lodged thid complaint to Mr.Nobil and Mr.Sitaram at Ernakulam before but every complaints goes to a deaf ear.i have disconnected my account 3 times before and since some body reassures me from Ernakulam office that everything will be alright and they are wavering my bills during the days which were not been connected. but no permanent solutions. I am making a living out of internet cafe and my present situation is pathetic. At this moment I am lodging this complaint by borrowing a 3 g Usb of a friend. Please do something and check how many hours there were no connection at Alappuzha. I have lodged a complaint 4 days ago and the complaint No. is 13855272 and again when i reported about the interruption they gave me another complaint No. 13861862. Do some thing or else iwill be forced to take legals steps for my grievances .
