I am yet to receive the revised ITR-V. I have now emailed you 3 times, and yet I always get the same reply from you.
Please provide me a call center / helpline number and at the same time expedite the process. Only 4 days are left for the deadline.

Hi Nikhil,
Due to heavy rush on the Income Tax department website, the process of issuing ITR-V has slowed down.
Note that you can send the signed copy of ITR-V to the IT Department within 120 days of filing your returns.

Received the ITR-V form. Thank you!
Taxspanner is really bad way..i have done my payment and efile.Efile status is showing failed. I dont know the reason its failed and there is no contact details available.I send mail to the support team but nobody responded. Now that the date for efile is passed and i dont know what to do, very poor customer support for Taxspanner. Never ever do you tax filing there.
Never ever file your tax with Taxspanner. I had paid my tax and done efiling.But the status is showing as failed.The reason i dont know.There is no customer suppot number. I tried mailing them twice.There is no response. They have taken the money and when something is wrong they are not helping. If the status is shown as failed atleast it should show the reason or somethign.
I dont know what to do now that the date is passed i have to pay unnecessary fine and do all the procedure from beging with some other tax paying site and pay again additional money...Taxspanner really sucks..

Not only incorrect amount, but also giving fake reply that yes we have filed your ITR and u will get ITR-V in 24 hours only after chasing 3 times I found that e-filing is submitted and even after submitting ITR-V to their representative so that they can send to income tax you won't get proper reply whether it has been dispatched to income tax department or not It's been more than a month and yet to receive any information about final acknowledgment, however my other friends who speedpost ITR-V on their own AND AFTER ME already got Final acknowledgment from income tax department so really doubt on their excuses that income tax department is slow. Also When you call their representative (Aditya- [protected] and Sujit [protected]) no one will pick your call.
First time in my 5 years of return filing I got such a pathetic service and really learned a very big lesson that from now onwards will never come to these people and will never recommend to any one.Also this issue is already being taken to our HR and action will be done that is for sure
