[Resolved]  Taxspanner — ITR-V not received from taxspanner

L&T — ITR-V

I HAVE FILED MY RETURN ELECTRONICALLY AND I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT EFILING WAS SUCESSES FUL AND ITR -V CAN BE DOWN LOADED WITH A PASSWORD(password is given to me). WITH THE GIVEN PASSWORD THE DOCUMENT(ITR-V) IS NOT OPENING, SAYING THAT PASSWORD IS INCORRECT. PL PROVIDE ME SOLUTUIN..MY PAN NO IS ACCPR0552N AND ASSESMENT YR IS 2009-10 FOR WHICH RETURN IS FILED..REGARDS

I am facinf exactly the same problem. ITR-V is not opening with the password obtained by combination of PAN number and DOB. Please help.

if the pan is AAAAA0000A and the date of birth is 10-Jan-2008, then the password will be aaaaa0000a10012008. remember everything should be in lower case.

Not a good idea to display your PAN number to public. Hide atleast a part of it.

I have e-filed the ITR through taxspanner on 14th of this month

So far I haven't received the acknowledgement

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. But, we had sent your ITR-V on July 14th itself to the email id, KARTHIKEYAN.[protected]@BROCADE.COM, which had been provided by you. It is possible that your company firewall may have masked the ITR-V out.
However, now we have got your ITR-V forwarded to your gmail id.
Please let us know in case you have any more issues.

Dear Kantha Rao D.,

We have already sent you ITR-V for the return of AY 2010-11. Your return for AY 2011-12 has been uploaded on the govenment portal. You would receive ITR-V for that as well shortly.

TaxSpanner — ITR-V not received from taxspanner even though e-return filed

I have e-filed the two ITR-V through taxspanner on 21st(AY[protected] of this month

I checked with the income tax department and e-return has been filed but i didn't recieve ITR-V acknowledgement till now.

Filed a support request [protected], not even a reply from taxspanner.com. Please send the ITR-V to my mail id( [protected]@gmail.com ).

What about the return filed thorough taxspanner for the AY[protected]?. Still it is not been filed i check with https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/ site. Still it is not been filed. Could you please let me know why the delay in filing the same when you are charging money?. Even though eretun has been filed for the year[protected] till now i didn't recieve ITR-V acknowledgement from incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in or from taxspanner. Even i tried to download the ITR-V from the tax spanner site. Even there, there is no luck. Can you send it to my mail ID or upload in to the site so that i can download.

The return for the AY[protected] can not be filed. You have missed the deadline (March 31, 2011) for the same. We have not charged you anything for the same. ITR-V acknowledgement for the year[protected] has been sent. You will receive the same within 24 hours.

How did you check with Income tax department that your e-return has been filed?? I alsow ant to check that since I havent received my ITR-V as well..
