I am an owner of an Air Lounge for the last four months. I found 2 days ago that the same has a damage with the stitch of one of the columns and so it is bulging out because of which it cannot be used. I called up the customer care and they told me they can replace it free only if the damage is in the first month after delivery. To replace it now, I have to pay them 2800 Rupees !!!
I cannot find the rules of replacement published anywhere and they say the rules are only told to the customer over phone during the placing of the order. I was not told anyway of this particular condition of replacement at the time of ordering. I can see this only as cheating the customer who gets attracted to their products seeing their advertisements, and pay a relatively bigger amount for their products hoping the products are long-lasting and reliable.

ohhh my god, i am surprise to read all ur complaints, actualy i am very eagar to buy airlaugh at my home but when i read this reviews surely i cannot buy this prodect thank you my dear friends ur save my money not only for money ur save me my time and more things

i also face the same complain about air lounge, after 10 days only defect had detected, no response from companies or their franchisee. once they sold means their responsibility over. even no efects of email also

Thanks a lot for your valuable comments. My wife has insisted me to buy Air Lounge by seeing TV Ads. Before buying i thought of cross checking it over the net and thanks to you all for saving my hard earn money. Infact I called the Customer Care and they told that it comes with Life time Warranty.
Lifetime Warranty with a wonderful payment !!! :-)

Never buy thru' phone or internet. We are not sure of the quality.
Agree, they cheated me for non-stick cookware 1+1 free. When i saw it and the first impression was like it is worthless, moreover it was not a good metal too but an iron made because I saw rust on items after few days even when I take good care of it (washing and cleaning immediately).
