Hello, I ordered Ab Rocket Twister, order no. 38709 on Aug 14th and paid Rs 5245.00. But still I am waiting for the product. When I called customer care they replied it is already despatched via Indian Post. When I checked Indian Post website for tracking it says Date Time Status at Status 25/08/2014 17:31:02 WAGLE IE EXTN COUNTER Article Booked 25/08/2014 17:38:07 WAGLE IE EXTN COUNTER Article Bagged to PH PANVEL 25/08/2014 17:54:40 WAGLE IE EXTN COUNTER Bag Despatched to PH PANVEL This is the status there for last 8 days and no one is replying from customer care of Telebrands. They are a bunch a liars and if they do not refund my money I will lodge a Police complaint aganist them for cheating.

Order No.52369 dated[protected] not executed. Sofa not received.
Hello, I ordered Five in one sofa bed, order no. 57356 on June 10th, 2015 and paid Rs. 6494.00. But still I am waiting for the product. When I called customer care they replied it is already dispatched via Indian Post. This is the status there for last 11 days and no one is replying from customer care of Telebrands. They are a bunch a liars and if they do not refund my money I will lodge a Police complaint against them for cheating.

    On 30 may I had sent back the nicer dicer blade ( order no- OP2213099) by regitered parcel as it was delivered damaged. On 12 june I got the message that they have received the damaged blade. Since that day I have made more than 30 calls to the customer care office( [protected]) and they say that they do not have the stock to make the replacement or they will send it within a week. I have suffered harassment beyond my patience. I have spent more money on the calls than the original cost of the product. Kindly do the needful and oblige.       I Recently Purchased a Sauna Trim Belt From Telebrands Ind Site Online, Now after 3 months its stopped working so i called costumer care to know what to do they said i hav to send it to certain address and will get it back in 6-7 days i was ok for all this untill he said I hav to send a DD of 495rs as well with it, I was shocked i said it is in Warranty period he replied yeah it is in warranty but still we charge 495 is checking and repairing charge. What is the use of warranty then if they are gonna charge for repairing I am clueless on what should I do now.

        The issue is that i have ordered ab king pro platinum. I recd a different product after a long wait. When k contacted the telebrands, they are saying that i have to send them the product back on my cost and then they will send me back the product. That also they will procure first and then send me. I as a customer is not getting entertained. I am now getting forced to pay for the courier charges for the mistake They have created. Moreover they haven't given me an invoice from telebrands yet. I have asked for the soft copy of the invoice but they are delaying the whole process deliberately. Please help me. regards, Sreekant

            i am responding to ur careless action as soon as i have got another smart mob when i had ordered only 1 . for the first mob i paid cash and for the second u guys have cut money from the credit card. i had told ur guy to convert my order from cash payment to card payment but i am getting two smart mobs from both the ways. i have only 1 house i dont need two! have you employed the right persons even after speaking in clear hindi and english there are such problem. KEEP THE OTHER MOB WITH U AND RETURN ME MY MONEY FOR ATLEAST 1 MOB! its a request! respond to it as early as u can.

                Dear sir, I have Placed order for AB Rocket Twister through telephone and paid the amount through HDFC credit card. The order placement date was 5 Oct 13, till date i have not recieved the deivery, everytime i speak to them and get the assurance that will be sent in a day or two but till date not recieved the product. i would have spent 700 odd rupees for telephone calls itself.                     I Shilpa Newati, purchased Car Vacuum cleaner with order no 4523 from Telebrand India ltd on 12 March 2013 which was faulty. So I request you either to replace the product or give my money back. Company said I have to send it back then they can replace it, I sent it back and since 20 April they keep on telling that my product/money will be deliver to me in 10 days which I haven’t get yet.
                    Every time a new executive talk to me and that to when I wrote email to them only else they have no concern about it…

                    India today / — non refunding money

                    Dear sir, I am very distressed with unethical behaviour of staff of baggi.today .due to very bad attitude towards me.I had earlier complained about non refunding of Rs 15598 which was ordered by me on dated 24/09/10(booking i.d no.[protected] but on other day it was cancelled due to refusal of clubbing of gift voucher from your official (which i must appreciate because earlier you people had cheated me with fourty 5 thousand Rs voucher by saying that my voucher had been clubbed after purchasing of some item) by me.BUT still i am waiting for my friend's money which is also a one type of cheating with me. SIR, i have no CREDIT-CARD .i have purchased from you by lending credit-card from my friend.to-day he phoned me that he has not received his amount in his account.i was shocked ! please return Rs 15998 immediately to save my face and also your's credit with me as a customer. IF you people have some dignity to serve honestly then you must return money to the credit-card of my friend.
                    I am waiting for your positive response because only 3-4days are left with my friend who believed me and given me his credit-card for shopping from you, PLEASE keep me in good book of my friend for future purchasing. THANKS!

                      This is in reference to the order No.'s 2122677 and 2122677: This is quite sad to say that the service level of telebrand is decorated day by day.
                      We are a very old customer of Telebrand and we have always got good response from you, but the quality of last two order that we have ordered are not acceptable from the company like Telebrand.
                      Every time, whenever we call your customer complaint, we have to wait for mare that 30 Minutes in IVR and after that the response from your customer care is really pathetic.
                      We request you to kindly change my order or refund my money to me.

                        Hi,

                        I ordered one Dermonu cream from Telebrands India about which telebrands cliamed that your money will be refunded if there are no positive results. I got the cream and applied it for more than 20 days. when found there is no progress, I called up telebrands more than 25 times in last 7 days but no one is even picking the call. This cream cost you 4200 rupees and does not work at all so please dont buy this. I have left messages for telebrand but no response yet. This is fake, please dont buy this.

                          I purchased a product from telebrands. They had a policy of accepting goods which are damaged or broken or they are not satisfied upto the expectations of costumers. I tried to return the product because am not satisfied with product. They told us to call their customer care before returning the product. I called them around fifty times, but they didnt respond. They are very poor and they are not fit for any service. They dont no how to treat customers. And last but not least, they dont no English. Very tough to have contact with them

                            i have ordered a celluless massager from telebrands but when i received the product all the oil was spilled inside the packing main equipment was missing i immediately registered a complaint and also sent them an email regarding the missing items but there is no response . i almost daily send them an email and call them but have not got any answer from them. this is pathetic . any one who is thinking of buying some telebrand product should think twice before ordering .

                              I have been watching advertisement of Telebrands Pvt. India Ltd on Easy Sew Machine on Foodfood.com channel and liked the product, as it is compact and easy to use. I also enquired from the office of Telebrands about the product. I was also told that in case I am not satisfied with the product, within 15 day the product can be returned and the amount paid will be refunded. After speaking to the official of Telebrands Pvt. India Ltd, I decided to order the product as it was o[censored]se to me. I ordered for Easy Sew Machine through phone at [protected] on Cash on Delivery basis.
                              I received the delivery of this product on 25.4.2012 vide Order No. M1105494 and Invoice No. V[protected] of Rs 2823/- i.e. Rs. 1999 (Easy Sew) + Rs. 395/-( Other charges) + Rs. 199/- ( Easy Sew Adapter), through GATI Courier Service (Ref No. M1105494 & Pkg No.[protected]. I enquired from the courier man whether before making payment I should open the package and check the product. He refused and told that I should take this up with the Telebrands officials. I made the Cash payment of Rs 2723/- to the courier man.
                              On opening the packet I was disappointed to find that the Sewing machine was not the one I saw in the TV advertisement. The cables attached to the machine were of inferior quality. There was no Guarantee/Warranty card with the product. The product is for long term use and not for one time consumption. I informed this to the Customer Care Deptt. at Ph No.[protected] and also enquired whether there is any Outlet in Delhi whom I can contact and get the product replaced and what will be the after Sale Service. I was informed by the customer care deptt. that this is the only product they sell and they do not have any outlet in Delhi. I told them that this is not the same product which I saw on TV. He immediately kept the phone down without answering.
                              The response service of customer care official is very bad. I have been making STD calls and they do not want to talk / answer my queries / are not in mood to respond. Is this the way of selling products in market / to customers. This means once you have purchased the product, the company will not respond to your queries/ complaints and your money has gone in drain.
                              I had been shopping from other TV channels/ websites, but I had never had any problem related to product. The product purchased and delivered are the same and of very good quality and after Sale Service is also very good. The response of the company officials is very helpful. The Email given in the website is also wrong.
                              This is the first time I had made purchase from Telebrands Pvt. India Ltd. and I am not satisfied with the product. I am scared o[censored]sing Easy Sew Machine. It is lying packed in my cupboard. There is no outlet in Delhi where I can contact in case anything wrong goes with the product /the product does not work or for guidance. The decision of purchasing from Telebrands was very wrong.
                              Telebrands Pvt. India Ltd is requested to take the product back and REFUND Rs. 2723/- paid by me for the product, immediately.

                                I had placed an order for Nicer-dicer from Telebrands using Ebay : I received a well packed courier from 'India post' but when I opened it- to my shock - it had some magazines in it instead of my expected 'Nicer dicer'.Packing was very neat-showing no signs of somebody opened it during the way.But item was not there.Just to maintain the weight of item some magazines were there.It seems 'Telebrands' does this frequently with its customer and doesn't send the items, only to show that they have dispatched courier , they do dispatch but with magazines. See other cases registered on this consumer forum.It seems they are at all not bothere dbaout their reputation. I am feeling this as a big cheating and hurt. It has been 3months, they called in between once or twice , because I was taking the process through Ebay-.Ebay closed the case on pending action on them, and they agreed to dispatch the item actually now in the first call.Even which they did not do and 2nd time when I contacted them agreed to process the refund.I have had at-least 7 mails/ communications with them + 3 phone calls.But, have nothing positive in my hand.But, its been 3months and nothing back in my account.I am really shocked at their open and fearless fraud.They are not scared at all of anything.Proof: See so many easily accessible open complaints on them.

                                I am really scared now to place any online order, because they fool innocent/ new online shopping users very easily- such people.

                                  The product was purchased as shown in the TV Advertisement by Telebrands India. The order No. is R0029125 and the invoice No. is V[protected] dated 25.1.2012. The product was received by Post on 5th Feb.2012 and upon first usage on 10.2.2012 the product got completely detached from the frame and the blades bent. Scanned copy of the invoice and the images of the product was sent to the company. The product is a defective one and seems to be china made with blades which are not of standard material(as claimed to be germany one). I have paid a sum of Rs.2095/- for the product which I would like to claim as REFUND.

                                    I ordered for a table mate (Folding table) with telebrands india, for rs rs 2194/-* (Including p&p); during october 2011. I waited for one month; in the meanwhile i received a call from telebrands india that it may take another 10 days to supply the item. I gave the ultimatum during november 2011 with some date and if it is beyond that date ; treat the order as cancelled.

                                    Inspite of my clear instructions, that too after another one month. I. E. On 7th december 2011 they have despatched the item and i received a vpp intimation from post office for rs 2194 plus 110/- (More). To honour the deal; i got released the item.

                                    To my surprise, the packing is made with only a transparent kora cloth (May be of rs 10-15/-) worth; and after opening the box i saw the plastic clamps of the table are already broken and table cannot be assembled properly.

                                    Telebrands have ignored all my emails since beginning.Inspite of my cancelling the order; even after one month; they have supp[lied the item that too broken one.

                                    Even after reporting this problem; they have not answered the emails so far.

                                    I feel they ignore customers intentionally.

                                    They want to sell their products; but they should not at the cost of customers' money/feelings.

                                    WORST SERVICE OF TELEBUY

                                    I received a faulty Table Mate at 9.30 PM. Next day morning I fix it an see the surface of the tray is uneven. I cant move the mouse.

                                    I called the customer care they said they don't provide door step service. They wanted me to got to the showroom at JC road. This is ridiculous.

                                    I wrote a email to the customer care. But they replied asking me to visit the showroom at JC road.

                                    I then discovered the email ID of the Vasanth Chandrasekhar, CEO of Telebuy and replied to the customer care and marked the CEO. The email ID of the CEO is [protected]@telebuyindia.com

                                    Immediately I get a call from the customer service guy and he agreed to provide the replacement.

                                    Please convey to your friends about the worst service of Telebuy.

                                    I received a faulty Table Mate at 9.30 PM. Next day morning I fix it an see the surface of the tray is uneven. I cant move the mouse.

                                    I called the customer care they said they don't provide door step service. They wanted me to got to the showroom at JC road. This is ridiculous.

                                    I wrote a email to the customer care. But they replied asking me to visit the showroom at JC road.

                                    I then discovered the email ID of the Vasanth Chandrasekhar, CEO of Telebuy and replied to the customer care and marked the CEO. The email ID of the CEO is [protected]@telebuyindia.com

                                    Immediately I get a call from the customer service guy and he agreed to provide the replacement.

                                    Please convey to your friends about the worst service of Telebuy.

                                      I ordered an airlounge from telebrands india ltd. on phone of Rs.5399/- on 27th August 2011. Invoice No. V[protected]. and order no. is R0022321. i got the product after 25 days and after using that the product for a month, i found some defectiveness in the product. After complaining the customer care several times they asked me to courier that product back to them and they are going to exchange the product so i sent the product on 5th Oct 2011. after that i didn't get anything. After calling the customer care several times they always give a negative reply all the time that they don't have the product in the stock. It's now about 1 months and i don't know what to do now i finally took the action of writing it to you.

                                        On 20/10/2010, I received raddi (old) magazine of equivalent weight in place of my ordered product 5in1 sofa bed in nicely packed and sealed carton. Payment already done through credit card. No response from any one in TELEBRANDS INDIA. Its a company consisting of ALL BIGGEST FRAUDS OF THE WORLD. Spoiled my six thousand rupees. No where to compalin to or reslove issue.
