I have order an item called master blaster and electric saver from telebrands by calling their executives with order no.3035622 and registered telephone no.[protected] as said amount of rs.8243/- and the product has not delivered on time so i have cancelled my order on 30th August with order no.OP2743872 had words with the telebrands executives that on 9th Sep 15 they have revert the transaction and amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. But after the time is over i have again called their executive they are saying again within 1 week it will be credited i am afraid that they will not transfer the money, every time time they are extending the time.

    I bought few products from Telebuy online last month, August 2015. The products are cheap Chinese imports and don't work as expected The reviews in tbuy and https://www.facebook.com/telebuy are fabricated and they delete genuine customer comments. I posted my review and they removed it within 2 mins. The No No oil dosa tawa sticks all the time and is of very bad quality. The dicer is made of cheap steal and does not cut at all. I have initiated return of the product and awaiting response.

        From TELEBRANDS INDIA I had purchased a TWIN MOTION Single motor Slimming belt with heating facility, for Rs 4000 in Oct 14. The same developed some heating problem in Feb 15. Upon instructions the same was returned to company with an amount of Rs 500 for repair. I recieved back the item in Apr 15. But the item was changed as it did not have the heat facility. I returned the product and received back again in Jun 15. This time a different comany product (MEDILIX) was delivered. This also did no have heating and it was an old and used belt. After talking to Cust care I sent the item again and recived back after lot of calls in Aug 15. Again the same (MEDILIX) belt was sent which is same old one as one sent in Jun. . ( I have photos of both and they are same). On inquiry I am asked again to send back the product. I have spent courier charges 4 times and hundreds of calls. My calls are dropped and no refund is given. I dont want this belt now. Please resolve the matter. I want the money back along with compensation.

          Sir/madam. I have booked master blaster.but when I received the order, there is two item is not there.One is knot faster and other is elastic rope, one the next date of receiving, I called to customer care on [protected] and 730 regarding this issue, and lodge complain, they told me that this item will be send to you.but till date I did not get this.not only this, when we called them and asking about the complain, ther simply disconnect the phone line without giving any answer I have called 100 times but did not get any response.telebrands can check the call details.I feel that I am cheated.I am one of very old customer of telebrands.nd I also want to return the product.I also want to mention you that when I booked the item 3 month ago, then elastic rope is free gift on the adv on tv.but when got this, this item is not available.my order no is.2912922.               With reference to the above, I write to inform you that I had placed a telephonic order for “ AB-ZONE FLAX “ on 14th May 2015. I was told by your executive that the total cost of the product would be Rs. 6294/- and that the product would be delivered at my home positively within 7-10 days. Since I was very particular about the delivery schedule, ( which was conveyed to your officer, while placing the order ) I checked the status of the order with your customer care on 24th May 2015 & was given to understand that since the bank clearance had not been received, the product could not be dispatched. Since the delivery commitment could not be maintained by your company, I was constrained to cancel the above order. The cancellation was duly confirmed by your executive. However, while operating my ICICI bank account( net banking ) on 4th June 2015, I was shocked to find that my savings account had been debited for Rs. 6294/- by Telebrands India. I have immediately called up your customer support( Ms. Srilakshmi ) & informed her of the blunder committed by your company. The officer then informed me that the order could not be cancelled on 24th May, since the order was already under process at that time. She however informed me that the cancellation was being re-confirmed by her and that I would receive the refund credit within the next 5-6 days. Subsequent to this, I have been checking regularly with your customer support for the refund( 10th June & 16th June 15 ) & regret to inform you that the amount of Rs. 6294/- has not been credited to my account till date. Please note that It is already 25 days since my credit card account was debited. I am yet to receive the refund in my credit card account. I have been religiously following up with your customer care officials almost everyday & being informed that the refund is under process & will be credited within 2 days. I had also sent a mail to your customer care & received their reply, which I attach for your ready reference. I have waited enough & have no more patience to wait further, Please note that I will be constrained to proceed legally, in case the amount is not refunded within the next 2 days.                   I am defence employee named Nahas. I brought a abstronic vibrator Rs 5000 from their Chennai branch dealer on November of 2015.. It was not working since the delivery date.. I complained and fed up with their customer care service..I called about 20 times and recorded in my phone.. At last I post the product to their office... They were not intrusted with my money and I send again 300 rupees for courier fee.. But they were respond that the delivery address incomplete.. I send the same address that the product has been given to me at first time.. No response.. Then I send my home address of Kerala.. Again no response.they used to tell me that they will send the item soon.. I heard this same response since one month.. Now I lost my 5000 rupees and product too.. Being of their world wide brand company it was not totally unexpected fake deals.. My address 78 Sqn DSS, c/o 56 apo, 4 WG Airforce STN Agra 282008 up..                         have ordered from my mobile, the product snap n grip and received the item through cash and delivery system by the payment of Rs 2619.00 and my order no is M1849499. In the parcel only 2no of snap n grip. But as per his advertishment I have seen that in this order also included one tools belt and Rs1000 gift voucher. In this connection I have contacted their customer care on 18th & 22nd may, replied that this will be send. But till today I have not received the item. Today I again contact with customer care, replied that it is chargeable. Then I reference his advertishment, he replied that it is out of stock. Now my question is that, that is the their customer policy, Advertishment is separate and after order delivery to customer is separate. After cash & delivery system that the customer has no any option to claim about the fault delivery.

                        Order not delivered even after 40 days

                        It's fully fraud company!!! I have placed an order for SLIM ICE and made payment too thru my credit card. But even after 40 days my order has not been delivered till now!!!

                              Showing my extremely displeasure on purchase of the "5 in one sofa bed" product from your site. ORDER NO.- M1856120 DATE :- 09/05/2015 I had received the product on 22/05/2015 quite late. THE PROBLEMS ARE 1-the cartoon packaging is holed from one side. 2- i received the free gift nicer dicer along with but only with 1 blade other 4 were missing, as promised on TV. 3-extra Cash on delivery charges Rs 375 which was not informed. 4-defective piece "5 in one sofa bed" the air is leaked from a big hole ...when i observed deeply i found that the laser cutting has been teared. Finally conclusion is i received totally defective product and i paid Rs7868 for that and the original price of product is only 5999...I called many a times on customer care no but it always answering busy, busy, we work upto 6 pm only etc etc is this a way to cheat customers showing fake ISO certfied company, retailer of the year common stop giving fake ads on TV, U have lost almost all your goodwill in market, GO and learn something from ur competitors FLIPKART, SNAPDEAL who charges a highest of 50 amount for delivery and delivered within 2 days i am raising the request so no other customer can get cheated...i am totally dishearted on purchase of the product..and now i want my complete refund. PLz initiate my refund process as soon as possible.

                                  Hello, I have ordered wonder shaper worth rs of 3200 (including delivery charges). I do not like the product, so I want my money back. I have called them on very first day when I got the product. They told me I will get money by DD in 15 days, but there is no DD comes. I again called them they told me due some unknown reason it was postponed, but now u will get in 7 day, again same thing happened. I again called and they told me sorry for that and said u will get in another 7 days. So, this really very frustrating from u guys as u are publishing money back guarantee. This thing down your company image, hope u understand. It is not that big money for u as a company, but its matter with me as I am individual.
