With reference to the above, I write to inform you that I had placed a telephonic order for “ AB-ZONE FLAX “ on 14th May 2015. I was told by your executive that the total cost of the product would be Rs. 6294/- and that the product would be delivered at my home positively within 7-10 days. Since I was very particular about the delivery schedule, ( which was conveyed to your officer, while placing the order ) I checked the status of the order with your customer care on 24th May 2015 & was given to understand that since the bank clearance had not been received, the product could not be dispatched.
Since the delivery commitment could not be maintained by your company, I was constrained to cancel the above order. The cancellation was duly confirmed by your executive.
However, while operating my ICICI bank account( net banking ) on 4th June 2015, I was shocked to find that my savings account had been debited for Rs. 6294/- by Telebrands India. I have immediately called up your customer support( Ms. Srilakshmi ) & informed her of the blunder committed by your company. The officer then informed me that the order could not be cancelled on 24th May, since the order was already under process at that time. She however informed me that the cancellation was being re-confirmed by her and that I would receive the refund credit within the next 5-6 days.
Subsequent to this, I have been checking regularly with your customer support for the refund( 10th June & 16th June 15 ) & regret to inform you that the amount of Rs. 6294/- has not been credited to my account till date. Please note that It is already 25 days since my credit card account was debited. I am yet to receive the refund in my credit card account. I have been religiously following up with your customer care officials almost everyday & being informed that the refund is under process & will be credited within 2 days. I had also sent a mail to your customer care & received their reply, which I attach for your ready reference.
I have waited enough & have no more patience to wait further, Please note that I will be constrained to proceed legally, in case the amount is not refunded within the next 2 days.
