[Resolved] The Body Care — THE BODY CARE are not refunding my money | |||
Dear sir, My Sister (Ruchi Jain) have bought a laser package from “The Body Care” Add. – Shop No. 2-3, Ansal Crown Plaza, Sector 15A Faridabad, contact no.[protected]/16/18, for this She Paid Rs. 6000 on 29.11.2009, receipt no. is 181. The Address mentioned in my receipt is “THE BODY CARE” SLIMMING AND BEAUTY CLINIC, PASCHIM VIHAR, NEW DELHI-87, Contact no.[protected]/4588/8218. But after some time they said that we cannot provide this facility due to non availabily of laser machine. then she requested for refund, but they are not giving back our money. for this she have already sent 3 reminder on mail but they don’t reply. Government should take some serious action on such kind of fraud companies. Now i think that we are earning only for these kind of fraud companies. Sir kindly help us for refund with interest. but i dont thnk that will work as i v talked to my lawyer and he is saying that since it is mentioned on their bills that money is non refundable and that the bill has my signature on it, the case weakens and secondly if we apply in consumer court then it will cost us around Rs.5000 which i think is useless if we dont get the refund. i cannot take that risk. i have already spent so much money in Body Care. anyone who can take this risk??? and is anyone there who has got the refund????
if you are not happy as a customer due to defective services or produvcts you have to the right to claim back your money. here are a few tips: You can take up your complaints with your disctrict consumer dispute resolution group. which comprises of judges, and IAS oficers. : http://ncdrc.nic.in/
you can approach consumer courts in your district too - if you are a lady then you will be provided with a free lawyer as well!
