Timtara — Non Delivery | |||
Purchased Whirlpool washing machine on April 7th. Order confirmation stated delivery in 10-15 working days. Have been following up with the company every 2-3 days since then and all I'm told every time is that it will take another 7 days. After a month of this they said they would refund my money if they cant deliver. I've seen from other complaints that once you accept the refund offer you again have to follow up for months. Not sure if you ever get the refund.Its nearly two months since I placed my order. ADVICE to other customers: Do NOT accept their refund offer. Instead call up your credit card company and ask them to do a CHARGEBACK on Timtara. This will ensure that you will get your money back immediately (the bank will give you an immediate credit while it investigates the complaint). The OTHER BENEFIT is that credit card companies only allow a merchant a limited number of chargebacks in a month - if they exceed that the merchant gets blacklisted and can no longer accept payment online. I am waiting for shipment of Nokia Lumia 710 since 20 days, and i still see awaiting shipment from Timtara.com, they do not refund my amount of 13098, forget about the product delivery. Online fraudulent and cheat site, it leads to mental illness. My Order number is #10204501.
This are not picking up my call nor delivering my products for 2 months.

I have been calling in regular interval for every three days to get updation on my order in your[protected] /[protected]
i have spoken with Mr Deepak & Gaurav Today also form Customer care team ----but in vein
on 31.08.12 i got connected to Mr.Deepak and on my request i have spoken with Mrs Saina Senior Executive and received the conformation on telecom that my product will be reaching me by 07.09.12 Friday. but so far no courier details
where i received a mail on 13- Aug -2012 that my payment has been realized and will be send the courier details within a couple of days
the lead time provided by your website is 15-20 working days
now we are on 27 days still no view of delivery
seeing your delight wall and your ranking in user experience i have booked this
but personally after booking only i visited the consumer complaints for lodging a complaint for non delivery , i realized how other customer has faced the critical time your website/onilne purchase

What u have to do is:
1. Call to credit card customer care and tell the issue with timtara.
2. They have an option called (Credit back the Transaction after doing some research from their side).
3. They ll ask u to submit one form (Name: Cardholder Dispute Form) along with proofs of order like email proofs.
4. they ll credit the money into ur account within 10 working days.
