Very bad experience in my first and second service from toyota. Initially i got 21KMPL avg and after the great service the mileages had dropped into 16KMPS by the expert service engineers. In first service(10000 km), drive shaft had been damaged by manufacturing defect due to poor quality of internal cir-clips, and engine vibrations, poor gas cooling. etc., I am very disappointed took ETIOS LIVA diesel.

Hey, My Etios Liva G has the same battery draining problem. Battery does not last even a week if I dont' use it. The dealer call it a battery defect. I dont' know if its a bug in the car's electrical circuitry which is making the nbattery drain? I never experineced such a thing in my eralier vehicles battery.

I am Rahul Varadkar. I own Toyota Etios 'V' petrol version. After one and half year I had to replace the original battery (manufactured by TATA).
The original battery came with new car had started draining out fast. I did the inspection with dealer and the report was showing that battery was in good health and there was no current leakage from the battery or in the car. Still within a month after the first inspection it drained out completely twice (even after strictly following all battery related instructions).
Since it was more than a year the battery was out of warranty and I had to replace the battery to avoid any inconvenience during long drive.
Toyota is famous for the Quality processes and still the dealer can not give satisfactory answer to this battery problem. I am hearing from the dealer that the battery lifetime can be from 1 and half year till 4 years and there is no specific reason they can tell why it can drain out early.
What is the guarantee that the new battery I installed will work for longer time? Toyota should consider this as a major problem and should fix it for all unhappy customers. I am not the only one customer facing this problem, there are several reviews on the Internet with same problem.

My Toyota etios 1.5 sprint is a 2018 model. I bought this car second hand in feb 2019 and 2 days ago i met with an accident. The brakes were entirely ineffective as i pressed on them so hard from a distance but the brakes didnt lock or screech. It felt as though my brakes had failed! I am really disappointed with this make, model and toyota. My car is now written off. The paint work is also extremely horrible ! Its very weak.

Firstly, I am very unhappy to write & owning a vehicle Toyota brand which is well known for their customer satisfaction. I had very bad experience & unhappy to buy a Toyota car. I was dream lovers of Corolla Altis vehicle & trust on Company loyalty & customer value. Due to these is the reason I had decided o purchase a vehicle from Toyota brand. I had already purchase. When I booked the vehicle, your INFINUM TOYOTA dealer & its Sr. Manager has come out with very rudely with me. I felt very unhappy till the date & till time I am suffering from depression. My sincere request to pl. kindly takes the vehicle back & do not require money return. Now Toyota brand is creating & continue a panic in my mind.
