To, Date – 6 Dec 2012 Zonal Head – Toyota India Ltd. Sub – Grievances against poor services provided by your Lucknow and Kanpur Outlets to your existing customers. Sir / Dear Mr…………, With reference to the above quoted subject , It is my duty to bring the said matter in your knowledge regarding the poor services given to me from your Lucknow and Kanpur Outlets. In this regard, I wish to inform you that due to some issues after accidental repairing of my Fortuner , bearing No…UP-32DK-0707.(The Fortuner), I handover my above said vehicle to your Sunny Toyota Outlet at Kanpur ,the payment was made a day before collecting the vehicle in Kanpur outlet (i.e sunny Toyota). Mr Amit the concerned authority ensured that your Fortuner is ready, you can collect the vehicle, afterwards when I reached their after travelling of 120 km away to my place ,They told me to wait for couple of hours (i.e 2-3 hrs) mean while, I found my vehicle is wet ,and a leaf has stuck on the backside of bumper, I told them about the issue ,as it was the time of evening he told me not to worry about, Our Amausi outlet official will look after the concerned issue (i.e repaint the leaf place) After having assurance of such type , I was satisfied and came back. On 6th of Dec 2012, when my driver reached to the Amausi Outlet and discussed the said issue (having telephonic conversation with Mr Amit (Service advisor - Kanpur outlet with the Authority concern with luck now Outlet). It was not only, apart of the painting aspect of backside bumper, also the front bumper had not painted well. I discussed the issue to Mr Amit.. He approached to the Executive in Amausi Outlet, But he denied to do anything to my vehicle. He suggested me to get the back bumper painted in Toyota showroom at Amausi and front bumper to sunny Toyota at kanpur Hence in these unusual circumstances the driver was compelled to come back to my home (i.e 6th Dec 2012) without any solution with a heavy heart . Further , I don’t want to spoil the image of your company publically by discussing the said treatment given to me from your Kanpur and Lucknow Outlets. Further I humbly request you to personally look into the matter and direct these outlets to complete their work (Paint with perfection in the patch up area) which is still left to be done in respect of My Fortuner . Please do the needful , Hope you will find the above in order and happy to provide you any additional information if so desired.
