[Resolved]  Toyota Innova (Amana Toyota) — Service

Dear Sir's

I am proud owner of Toyota cars from past few years and i do own quite a good number of cars form Toyota itself like 3 Innova and 1 corolla. Recently one of my Innova which is of 2005 full option i felt the inerior roof was little bit dirty and felt like replacing the same inorder to have it in a good condition. I approached the nearedt delaer which is Amana toyota pleaced at Kannur. I asked them for the same and they said they need one weeks time to get this in hand do the replacement which i did agree and never the come back to me. i did a regular follow up for past 1 month to get this and i never got. the last time when i spoke they promised me to get it by yesterday which is (12.04.2010) where i called up and got a bad shocking resposne that this is an old model and we dont have stock of this and will take another one months time. which was not acceptable by me at any cost as it will be like agian one month means two months in short to just get the roof replaced.

my case was entirely different as i just want it to get replaced to get it in a neat manner, so what if a customer is having an accident car and need to replace it. he will ahve to simply wait for this much time just because the delaer say they dont have the item in stock. also i donot beleive the company like Toyota dont have something like this in stock.


this is really a bad hand of practice from the delaers which i want to bring inot notice to the higher level authorities and get back to me at the earliest with a good suggestions to improve the service level provided for the customers.
