[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd — misplace of courier

Not sure.. How the big corporates are also preferring the Trackon couriers without evalutiong about their background( for the sack of just Rs2-3). From one of the corporate, They have send the courier twice for me, But both of the time they have mentioned has wrong address & returned the courier back..
I haven't faced any problem with anyother courier ... I am getting all other courier properly form other service without any issue...It is one of the worst courier service.. So better try to avoid using this courier is my kind advice..

They have provided hell lot of franchaise in their site"http://trackoncourier.com". But none of the information & phone number are correct...

A courior from AKIKO Delhi has been dispached on 26th Sep 2008. But I have not got that courior yet. It was to be delivered at the address Q.N-614, Sec-3/D, B.S.City - 827003, Jharkhand. My Contact no is [protected], [protected].

My Colleageue Sended one Courier From Bangalore to Mysore for 3 Days Back, and Still i Didnt Received the Courier, I enquired at Trackon Office at Mysore by Phone, One Person Received the call and stating that he dont know call to Head Office. I call the Main Branch Office of Mysore, the Phone Lines are Not Working, one line is working, i called 25 to 30 Times but status as Busy.

I called to Bangalore Office and Spoken with One Lady She Gave me the Customer care No, after calling the customer care she told that courier is reached to Myosre on 1st of October 2008 and Today is 4th of Oct 2008, still I have Not Received the Courier. this is Very Bad Service From Your End. not Even Response from Your End.

Trackon Couriers, Chennai - worst service We have ever seen.

the service of trackon couriers is pathetic...i advise please dont ever think of sending anything by this courier.all the contact numbers given by this company are fake or dead..

I was sent a consignment using trackon couriers...it took them 7 days and innumerable very frustrating phone conversations deliver my parcel...it is absolutely the worst courier company. the very fact that there is no where to post complaints (on their website ) shows how concerned they are about customer satisfaction /feedback

i think dis company is led by .. either they shud improve or get knocked d fuk out!! and n one who says dat this is a good service n equivalent to others den he shud kno dat

this is for your information that your courier service is going very poor these days. in last month 29.09.2008 one courier is sent from HYD to Baddi (docket no.[protected] and till today date the material is not received(16.10.2008) and status is not updated in website.
so i request you to please take a necessary step and do the needful as soon as possible.

The consignment[protected] was come from our head office to Bhadrak but that has not delivered till today.Enquiring to the Balasore office they denied to receive any such document but in the website it is clearly mentioned that has been delivered at Balasore on 12 th of October.So please help us to get that document as it is badly needed.

I agree with bad services of TRACKON. I have sent an important medical INSURANCE papers by trackon on 18th October from HYDERABAD to BANGALORE and the document is still not reached on 23rd .

The delivery address is in mid center of city.

I really doubt their services as metioned in website as comparable to international standards.

The TrackOn courier is the worst corier service and no one can track their courier as against their name. My consignment No. 99333520 was suposed to deliver on next business day from Nasik to Pune but did not reach even after 4 days. After checking their website for thier pune (Pimpri) local office contact no., none of the cell numbers are active. don't know how they run business. Some how I could contact the fellow on Mr Jairam Jha and he answered that it will reach to you on 24th and that is because i call him up, other it would reach on 25th althoug it was expected on 21st. So if any imergency customer is surely suffer a lot. This is what the courier service. The fellow also responded you may come and collect the coruier on 25th from his office as courier guy will start as per his routine after 12:00pm, then what the hell you paid for courier service?????
THe company should banned and no one should use this courier service TracKon. TYHe name is perfectly given as customer has to track on and on.. courier for unpredictable time and thier people respond that it happens, you can conclude it's their practice.

I was authorise Franchise of Trackon Couriers in Samana distt. Patiala (PB). But, from last year, Mr.Narang & Mr.Vikas giving the franchise to another person in samana without my permission.Hence, there was no complaint from my delivery&booking side and now they both not picking my phones .There was 3 claim was pending which was send by me .The another person giving some more money to both Mr.Narang & Mr.Vikas and they give the franchise to that person and also not giving my secirity return.
