Traffic Police — Slap by traffic police and bribe

I was coming home from my clients place on 27th August at 12.00 in the night. Four traffic police cops at lalbagh west gate stopped the autorickshaw and checked if he was drunk. the person was genuine and was not drunk.Still the cops unnecessarily made me wait there in the night for more than 15 mins.when i asked them to release the auto rickshaw i want to go home, they slapped me and taken my money. they also took bribe from the auto rickshaw driver.

My name is Vijay, i am working for an MNC company near M.G Road. Today morning i was as usual on cubbon road at 9:50AM. The signal was green and by the time i was about to cross the signal it turned yellow and the cop tried to stop me and tried to pull the bike handle. Incase if i would have applied full brake i could have been injured very badly or bannged from others behind. I just passed the circle inspector came behind me and took my bike key and asked me to arrive to the same spot were the cop tried to stop me. When i reached the circle the cop who tried to stop me came & punched on my neck and insulted me in front of the public. when i starred at his name plate he told what can you pluck of mine, you cannot do anything and behaved in a very vulgar manner & spoked very bad words.

hey vivek, its sad but i agree with you coz there r still some police officer who are in police duty for the money they dont want any work and they cant even understand some things, they lack knowledge they dont want to hear us they just do what they want... and if we forced to do so they starts abusing & raising hands on the victim my friend also has a same kind of complaint...

the traffic poice the corrupted guys are so bad and haras people unnecessairly; no to sure how to teach them lsiten; hopefully this mesage which is too common would be enacted

sir, this is to inform you that me and other 3 more persons are in police stations since last 22 days. 22 days before i was called by police to make routine inquiry and till date we are in police stations. We are baring mental hareshment. How can police do this in LOKSHAhi. Please do help us. I was just called for inquery and till date without any offence and case against me policemen are tourchering us.

I was robbed by a Mobile Court and few Police men near Kalamacherry, in the seaport - airport road on October 1, 2010 midday.
The offense registered by these robbers was small number plate letters. It is not not small, but it was a plastic number plater. The charge by the robbing mobile judge was 500 Rs.
I checked in the website and found that it is only 100Rs fine for number plate violation.
Good Highway Robbery.
Now I am taking some lessons on road traffic rules of KERALA before I will be robbed next time...

Can a new traffic police can able to solve the traffic of relief road at office hrs ???
The old traffice police is become very busy to earn illegal money & by their poor service, traffic become more & more day by day in relief road...

Traffic Police — change the speed board to charge fine

Hi. This is an incident happened twice on the hebbal main road from Sankey tank to Hebbal flyover. Traffic police have intelligently chosen this place by tampering the speed board. The speed limit is 80 kmph on all the boards on the road. However, they have pasted a sticker making it read 50 kmph.
The road is so good that slowest of the vehicals cannot go at 50 kmph.

I will accept if it is a way to earn revenue to Traffic department else, why have a double lane road where other vehicals cannot enter in between.

No Warning Traffic Sign Boards displayed from Walayar - Palghat - Mannuthy - Cochin highway. I have noticed that Traffic Police were waiting with a speed camera in an around mannuthy - angamaly highway to catch over speeders. This is very strange scene that without depicting sign boards ... Police were legislate unjustified act which has to be stopped immediately. I also suggest that the speed in highways would upped by 90 to 100 kms.

I would like to bring in your notice that yesterday evening (14.10.13) when i was going towards Sec-71 and was at Sec-39 Noida Red light. When the other side green light becomes red and mine side about to green i starts my byke and was hit by a hurried car when i talking to a car driver about hitting my bike a traffic constable who was not there guiding the traffic and sitting on the roadside with his two other traffic walas came to me and started abusing me and took my keys and starts shouting "hata byke yeha se". at that time traffic from my side was is full flow and i was not in a condition to move the bye in such a heavy traffic and when i request him, yes i will but let the traffic to slow down he starts beating me and abusing me badly and when i asked if i violet the traffic rule and jumped the red light you can do a challan. but he became furious after hearing this and starts beating me with more anger and said that seize his bike sale ko abhi pata chal jayega. the other guy who was there did a challan of my byke and i am came back with lots of tease, pain and insult in my heart. I felt so bad that starts thinking what was my fault that i was not a musle man or powerful man.
Now I would like to give a written complain against that traffic constable.
Plz suggest how can i do this so that he can not misbehave or misconduct with anyone in future

Nuisance and harassment by the Kerala traffic police and mobile courts is ever increasing.These guys are only good at hiding behind trees at curves and jumping in front of vehicles unexpectedly to charge them for whatever reasons.

I am from Jalna (Maharashtra) few days ago i with family was on a trip to gujarat.Highway Police of Anand City troubled us so much that our trip spoiled and they Took around 5000rs From us. The car number of police was GJ-18-G-2813. sir please take a serious action on this. Because the trouble of Police is happening to much this days.
