Dear all..

Let me tell you some facts about the trident promotions which is in Bangalore,
No 126, 2nd floor,M.M road,Frazer town,Bangalore-5

1) Trident Promotions is not a Govt registered org.
2) That is a rented place and the rent is 55000 which is getting shared by 3 so called Managers.
3) The interview what they are having is just a eye wash.
4) They places adds in Bangalore Mirror/Times of India,saying an UK or Australian Based MNC is looking
for Graduates for their expansion Blah,Blah,Blah,( or ) you might get a mail from Monster or Naukri or
Times job saying " your Resume got short listed" things like that
5) They are a DSA for "Reliance Big TV DTH". Initially they will say you will get salary between 14k
16k, But actually you will get Rs.300 per Installation( it will take 1 month)
6) I have already told you about how Mr.Rajaram loot your money!!

8) They wont recruit people who ask questions.
9) The sheet they give you to write is just a stupid one, will go to dustbin once its done.
10)Rajaram never stand to his word. Till now none of the guyz who worked in Trident got their BOND
Money.
11)Rajaram will act as he is a honest person. But he is not. He will suck your blood and make money.
12)you know what the so called MNC, TRIDENT PROMOTION does not have a name board.
13)Trident does not have a employee register,
14)No appointment Letter,No payslips,
15)You will be encouraged to tell lies to the customer in the name of "SHORT STORY" by Rajaram
16)They do not have a HR team or a HR.
17)Trident is a franchisee of APPCO.
18)The logo of Trident Promotions has changed 3 times till now.
19)People working in Trident Promotions will be signing an agreement's last page only. the terms and
Conditions will be attached later.
20)There are guyz who are working in Trident,never been to their home for years together.
21)Sundays also they will ask you to work.
22)You will never get your commissions paid properly.Rajaram will decide how much he wants to pay you
23)Trident does not have a website.
24)Recently,A terminated employee of trident,is working still in the same company by changing his
name. which is against the
code of conduct of APPCO (Parent Franchise) and TRAI.
25)You will have parties in week end by rajaram, in which only you have to pay for what you had.

Guyz the above Mentioned things are true which Mr.Rajaram also cant Deny.
The sad thing is the MD of Appco which is Mr.Tony Fernandez who sits in japan/Australia does not have any eye on the things happening in TRIDENT PROMOTIONS.
Which is giving people like rajaram can do things which is not suppose to be done.

Guyz... job seekers,BE ALERT!!!!!
