TVC Sky shop — Not dispatching ordered product

It seems that I have been cheated by TVC Sky Shop. I saw an adv. in Rajasthan Patrika ,Jaipur (Rajasthan) for Teica MC-10 and ordered for one through TVC Sky Shop website and paid the required amount of Rs. 3990/- by netbanking (HDFC) on 23rd Dec.2010. My order Number generated is OW00002703 and Transaction ID is TR[protected]. Since than I have written several emails to customer suport and have given letters to its Registered office and Corporate office at Mumbai but they have given no attention to my request. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME in this regard at [protected]@gmail.com. I have not yet received either product or email from TVC

I WAS GOING THROUGH THE SAME PHASE, AS THE ORDERED PRODUCT WERE NOT BEING DISPATCHED. I WAS INFORMED BY TVC EXECUTIVES THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED
IN 5 DAYS, DUE TO SOME INCONVENIENCE AND WAS DELIVERED THE PRODUCT WITHIN 4 DAYS..
Yes many times if normal excecutives are not able to help you, Hence you have to call at the customer care department. you will get its number from the website
I certainly agree to tina's comment. If you have any kind of comlaint you should call to customer support. you must have called at their order received department.
Yes Defiently Ms tina you are absolutely right that Teica Mc 10 is really a reliable product, I have my sister's entire wedding captured on it without any problems. And my friend always insists me to take mc 10 on picnics and tour.
