[Resolved]  TVC Skyshop / Speak English In Thirty Days — Non delivery of the product for an extended period of 12 days

Dear, Sir
This is to inform you that i had ordered (order No. OC2095460) a product (Speak English in Thirty days) over my mobile phone on 29th March 2009, using my credit card, the money was deducted immediately thereafter, and i was given an assurance that i will receive the product within 7 days, after seven days i started calling their customer support center[protected], every time there is a new person on the line and after explaining him my situation he tries to convince me that the product will be delivered tomorrow or the guy cuts my phone line, and when i am redialing, there is again a new person on line, who again tries to convince me that the product will be delivered to me tomorrow and this is been going on for the past 4 to 5 days
Kindly please consider my issue and please take viable action on this

Dear Sir,
I was brought your TVC sky shop English Speaking course(OC2098619) and it has some problem in one computer learning CD.I complained for the same to your representative and customer support and after discussion with them, I send The send the same for replacement at your Thane office. I have receipt no. Which shows date of send parcel. Now today after 15 days I did not got my product. During this replacement I faced many problems with your reprehensive named JASSI, I asked for correct way to solve my problem but she did not give any positive response, according to her our representative will contact shortly but I did not get any call. After that I send my complaint through email to customer support but reply was not satisfactory. According to her They are very busy so they not have much sufficient time to read the e-mail and solve the problem then I send three time reminder for my complaint after that I receive a massage please send your CD to our office but I surprised to see her ( VAISHALI ) reply for sending of CD but 10 days before I already send mail to her about my courier details( Courier name, docket no. and date) It indicates working style of TVC customer support service. I have all correspondence of mail and courier details. I am also facing the problem to access the membership card, I discussed for the same to VAISHALI & JASSI but did not give any solution. So plz reply my questions answer.

in this product all CD 's are use and scratched. and .KUBER KUNJI and Nazar Raksha Kawach all are duplicate .
and the delevery man charged me rupees 4400 ...
