Unicon is totally an unprofessional company with a malafied intention of fooling inocent investors in property. I Booked a Flat in Supertech EcoVillage on 23rd March, 2010. I was promised a credit note of 2% amount by the Unicon Representative Mr. ABHISHEK ARORA. Till date i am running after him and he is just giving one excuse or other. This company's one point policy is to sell property by any means and they do not have any principles or policy. Some one has correctly said on this forum that they are nothing but a BIG BUNCH OF THIEVES WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THEIR PROFIT . I Would suggest that nobody should ever try to get property through this company.

I totally agree with this. Their representatives fool people in one area and then UNicon transfers them to some other area. i.e if today the rep is fooling people in Noida after some time he will be transferred to Gurgaon area so that he can carry on his fooling business without detection.

Unicon is a company of fraud and cheaters. A Unicon Real Estate Assistant Manager - Mr. Nitin Gupta promised me a credit note at the time of the booking in a project in Noida.

Later he refused to honour the commitment and threatened me with dire consequences.

I complained to everyone from Jayant Sanwal who is Asst Vice President at Unicon Investment Solutions, Jatin Khanna, who is Senior Manager at Unicon, and Gurpreet Kaur who is Senior Manager and looks after customer grieviences, but they took no action and ignored my complaints and did not refund my dues

I have got the formal credit note from Unicon.But Shyam Goswami, from the Accounts department who was supposed to make the payment does not answer my calls and instead disconnects the phone

My repeated complaints on various consumer forums have proved futile. Now I am approaching the print and electronic media and the government agencies.

So beware of a shameless company like Unicon- which works on the basis of deceit and threats and loot the hard earned money of innocent citizens.

really these people are bunch of crooks, lying .
They promised me they will provide me apt. in 7lamps even when
they didn't had any units .. thanks to vatika officials I came to know
these were lying and were waiting for the new tower to be
launched and then they would have given me a unit @ higher price than
promised

I, RATAN LAL, due to my forthcomming retirement on superannuation, intended to purchase a ready to move flat in NCR during month of september`2011, for this purpose, I got registered on "INDIA PROPERTY.COM".then one day one sales executive MR NISHANT and his colleague MR ATUL from UNICON, Real estate pvt ltd NOIDA visited my home with a so called lucrative proposal for ready to move/possession within next 6 months ie by APRIL`2012.in PANCHSHEEL WELLINGTON, Xing Republic, NH-24, GHAZIABAD which seems to be good, It is further stated that before booking of flat, I asked about the associated BANKS which are funding HOME loan in this project and i was told the name of HDFC, AXIS and IDBI BANKS but I was interested in SBI because I wanted the flat in the name of my son who is working in KENYA where no bank other than SBI and BANK OF BARODA are freely funnding for HOME LOAN, then MR NISHANT told me that all documents required for processing HOME LOAN by SBI will be made available through BUILDER M/S PANCHSHEEL BUILDTECH. Then after this assurance, I proceeded booking under down payment plan and paid 10% initial payment of Rs 343308/- and simultaneously given a letter from SBI for making available the listed documents from builder for processing pre-approval of HOME LOAN .After 15 days I, received a letter from Builder M/S PANCHSHEEL for futher payment of balance 85% to the tune of RS 2918122/- then I approached above officials of M/S UNICON regarding my home loan and became shocked when they told me that the required paper by SBI can not be made available as THE TITLE OF LAND is not clear in the name of MS PANCHSHEEL builder and now they will approach some other associated banks and finally after a gap of 2 month ie in DECEMBER `2011, They returned our loan paper without any fruitfull result, as the associated bank refused to finance home loan in the name of my son in KENYA .After having no option, we visited M/S PANCHSHEEL, for cancellation of the said flat and refund of money in full but they refused to accept our application for want of NOC from M/S UNICON being the property booked through them.Then we visited M/S UNICON of number of times every time new executive come in picture, we met finally ms GURPREET KAUR at their SECTOR-62 office but she is reluctant to issue NOC for the reason best known to her and other way M/S PANCHSHEEL is not accepting my application. With this pass the buck attitude of BUILDER and their asociated channel partner viz M/S UNICON, OUR HARD EARNED MONEY OF RS 343308/- HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR THE LAST MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS WITH THE BUILDER AND M/S UNICON. PLEASE------BEWARE BEFORE PROCEEDING FOR BOOKING THE PROPERTY.
I, RATAN LAL, Got registered at INDIA PROPERTY.COM in the month of AUGUST `2011 for purchase of a suitable ready to move flat in NCR DELHI, since I was to retire on superannution in next 6 months.Then one day I received a call from MR NISHANT, an executive of M/S UNICON, Real estate NOIDA and proposed a flat in PANCHSHEEL WELLINGTON Project in crossing Republic NH-24, GHAZIABAD and told us about the possession also by APRIL`2012. Then, .Before proceeding further, we specifically asked that we will book the flat only STATE BANK OF INDIA is funding for HOME LOAN upon which MR NISHANT, assured us that all required document for processing home loan by SBI wiill be provided by the builder. After having this assurance.I booked flat no-1201 in tower -4 of the above project in the name of my son SAURABH KUMAR who is working in KENYA, under down payment plan and paid 10% booking amount to the tune of Rs 343308/-and simutaneously handedover a letter from SBI with a list of documents required from builder for processing PRE -APPROVAL of home loan.After 15 days, we received a letter from M/S PANCHSHEEL BUILDTECH, for payment of further 85% to the tune of Rs 2918122/-, then we visited M/S UNICON in their sector-63, NOIDA office and asked Mr NISHANT and Mr ATUL about our HOME LOAN case but they told us that in absense of clear land title in the name of M/S PANCHSHEEL, Home Loan is not possible from SBI and they are now trying from other associated bank HDFC, AXIS and IDBI Bank but we were shocked when MR NISHANT and ATUL and company return our home loan paper after two month as all the three associated bank decline due some their policy in providing HOME LOAN to the empployees working in KENYA. We also tried at our end with these associated 3 banks and declined. After having no option, we approached builderM/S PANCHSHEEL in their sector-63 NOIDA office on[protected] for cancellation of booking and refund of full money as we were cheated by M/S UNICON in booking by way of wrong information regading financing Bank and about the possession date which is in MARCH`2013 but not in APRIL~2012 as confimed by Mr NISHANT o[censored]NICON at the time of booking. NOW M/S PANCHSHEEL is not accepting our application for want of "NOC" from M/S UNICON. Then we number of times visited M/S UNICON in its sector-63 and sector-62 office and met some new representative every time and finally we met MS GURPREET KAUR at sector-62 office and reluctant to issue NOC even after a email to her from M/S PANCHSHEEL on[protected] in the matter. NOT only this she is ignoring my call.With this PASS THE BUCK attitude, my hard earned money to the tune of Rs 343308/- has been blocked with the builder and their channel partner M/S UNICON

After 15 days of booking, we received further balance demand of 85% to the tune of Rs2918122/-but due to non -approval of HOME loan by the associated Banks to my son who is working in KENYA as a SR PROJECTS MANAGER with a package of Rs 20 LPA+ PERKS, we requested M/S PANCHSHEEL BULDTECH, NOIDA on[protected] FOR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING AND REFUND OF FULL MONEY.but refused to accept our application for want of NOC from M/S UNICON, We approached UNICON number of times and on each occassion we, met with a new executive and finally we met MS GURPREET KAUR at NOIDA SECTOR-62 OFFICE and as desired a mail was sent to her from M/S PANCHSHEEL IN THE SAID MATTER but regretted to that she is reluctant to issue NOC for the reason not known and now she is ignoring my calls.Due to no action by M/S UNICON For issue of NOC my hard earned mony to the tune of Rs 343308/- has been blocked with the builder.MY ADVISE TO ALL FUTURE PROPERTY SEEKER IS TO APPROACH DIRECT TO THE PROMOTER/BUILDER AND BEWARE WITH SUCH AGENTS.

BEFORE DOING ANY DEAL WITH UNICON ..PLEASE SPEND 2 MIN on GOOGLE SEARCH ..and CHECK UNICON FRUAD ..

I also have experienced the same problem.They promised me that 4% of the sale amount will be paid one 40% is paid. But since last 4 months they are not able to provide a credit note, nor they reply on any mail or calls.
In case anyone has got their dues cleared, please advise the contact person and way forward in this matter
I had a bit problematic but nice experience of buying property with unicon. nice approach.. but improvisation will be good.
Initially, i saw lengthy and troubled proceedings. Then, i communicated with my salesperson and he sorted all of my issues. Instead of telling me n number of things, they heard me.. way to go unicon
I had to make a real estate investment and i came to unicon. With proper care my property hunt, documentation and everything was hassle free.
A little bit of care of documents from your end is also required. I kept my documents and other required proofs with me to avoid hassles in future. I also have a small home in NCR and getting higher returns.
Lower investment and higher returns was my dream and unicon made it true.
We have got our dream home with the help o[censored]nicon. Thank you...
My relative had invested his money with unicon and told me about it. I am also looking forward for availing the deal. 
I also booked a flat in Mahagun Mywoods through Unicon in April 2013 and after following up with them for around 2 months they gave me the credit note of 1.5%. Now I have been following up with them to get my credit cheque against the credit note but they have been giving excuses every time I contact them. Now they have stopped even replying my emails. This is really frustrating. Unicon team if you are following up this forum, can you release my cheque.

Agreed with all that UNICON is ultra pathetic and there should be some strong action against such Big Crooks and even there own employees(ex-employees) accept this. I booked a flat through Unicon in Sept, 2010 and till now I am running behind them to encash the credit note issued by them. I already contacted almost 20+ guys from Unicon regarding this and noone cares for all this and even there management doesn't takes attention into all these crappy thing going inside Unicon.
Crap management, crap employees. I am stuck with this with my credit note for last 3-years and also I dropped almost 100s of mail to the too.
I also had a credit note against my booking in Nirala Aspire. But now this company neither replying email nor taking the calls. Looks like this company is sold out now and they did fraud with so many buyers.
