[Resolved]  Uninor — Unable to make calls on any STD number

Sub: Unable to make calls on any STD number throughout the country.

I had ported my mobile number [protected] from Aircel to Uninor on 15 Dec 2012. I had received a confirmation message from Uninor that my sim had been successfully activated to Uninor Network on 15 Dec 2012 at 5.25 pm. Thereafter i recharged with an FRC of 156 INR in which i had got 51.00 INR talktime, 60000 Uninor to Uninor local seconds and 15000 Uninor to other mobile local seconds.

From that day although i can make calls to any local Uninor or local other mobile operators but I cant make calls to any of the STD number. As a result i have still 51 INR left in my balance because o[censored]navailability o[censored]sage to any STD number.
(the error message that i received while making a STD call is"this facility is not available on your number")

Regarding the same i tried to lodge the complaint at Uninor Customer care but many of them disconnected the call in between and some of them didn't allowed me to talk to their supervisors.

In fact i had their names as well, Mr Narender and Mr Yash, these two execitives not only talked to me in disrespectful way but also tried their best not to provide any kind of helping hand from their side. Lastly i had to struggle a lot for generating a Service request Number: 1-[protected] and the executive asked me to wait for another couple of days with no exact time limit. And inspite of asking again and again for their immediate supervisor he once told me clearly that his supervisor is busy and then his statement turned to that he cannot allow me to talk to his supervisor. Their way of representing was very rude and harassing too. Its been 16 days that I am facing this issue with no proper result.

I want you to please look into this matter and help me the best way. And I shall request you to take strict actions against above mentioned Name of Customer Care Executive for not supporting.

Local unlimited — unable to call any local number

Dear Sir,

Ref:- Aircel No. [protected]
I have taken a new connection inspite of having two connection one of Airtel & another of Reliance, considering that it will give lot of cost saving. But now I feel cheated by a Company like "AIRCEL" which is spending so much money in branding and started cheating to its customer. I have repeatedly compalints to customer care but of no help. Whatever two or three locals I have been able to call those has been charged, therefore I receive the message that I have insufficient balance.

I do not know how you can charge local calls though it is confirmed that i have successfully recharged local rate cutter plan.My SIM has given me lots of Adhoc than pleasure.

Therefore I want to surrender the SIM. Please arrange to refund my Rs. 550.00, I have spent for taking connection.

Please do the needful & oblige.
