With reference to above subject, We like to inform your goodself that our drainage chamber are full and the moment of the water is too slow and also the chambers are filled with mud due to the rat's moment.

We are worried that during this rainy season the water will overflow and get into our house. Hence requesting you to kindly arrange to said your team for cleaning this drainage chamber. So that the water flow will be smooth and it avoid any over- flow.

Pl do the needful at the earliest .

Dear Sir,

We already registered our complient no-4498/8.4.2011 through phone by that time they said to clear the chokage with in 24 hours from the date of compliant but surpise to see the sms from the Dept saying that will take 72 hours. How reducules as the drinage water and drinking water will mix and it is harm to the health and we seen lot and lot of cases with in the city.Please not to make one more case. Please do it fast.

I am here to inform that, two days back a drainage cleaning vehicle had come to clean but instead of cleaning it completely, they have left the drainage top open n left... Drainage is being passed down the lane completely and the chamber is right in front of house, its flowing out 24 hours. please look into this matter, it would be really helpful. Thanks
