Dear Sir / Madam,

I had applied for correction in name in my PAN card along with all document proofs through CSF no.[protected] and payement receipt coupen no.[protected]. after application my pan card was pending due to PPC objection. I have comunicated to customer service o[censored]TITSL via email and further submitted my documents as a proof of my full name. then my PAN card status shows that Under Process.

But now it is not displaying any kind of status for above mentioned application.
Please Help me to find out my PAN CARD.

I have applied for the re-issue of my Pan Card more than a month ago, as i have lost it. I have not received any update yet from UTITSL except a mail stating that there's a mismatch of my name and my father's name. It was actually the mistake of the UTITSL agent who filled my application wrong even after the required documents were provided to him. I had sent a gazetted form with the required corrections to the Mumbai office but to no avail. I have also tried the contact numbers of their Hyderabad and Mumbai offices, they are always busy.
