I HAD 1YR AMC TAKEN.....................HE TOLD WITHIN 1 WEEK IT VL B REPLACED BUT SINCE THEN ITS BEEN 1 MONTH ..NO 1 HAS EVER CONTACTED..........EACH DAY WHEN I CAL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY MAKE US CHUTIYA BY TELLNG .....THAT TECHNICIAN VL B COMING THE NEXT DAY BUT NONE OF THE PEOPLE RESPOND...........................

I purchase washing machine of video con fully automatic from next showroom naranpura, 10 month back[protected] machine was closed from last 1 week showroom was told company and company man come two times but complain was not solved, every day i called him for process of my complain, he told that complain was transfer to company, company man come and told that main dish was not available in company in Ahmadabad going in metro city and your company was largest selling in Ahmadabad 1 parts not available in company it is very strange for me and company outlet facilities ? parts not available ? last four days goes Ahmadabad service center not get parts and Ahmadabad service center not solved the complain after one week, if future one year goes complain was attend with 150/- charges every call than they attend the complain ? in this case company was solved and not solved ? I can back my money for my product ? very poor service experience in Metro city for company was not get parts in four days ? Plese guide for me that my complain in local news papers for future customer service ?

I purchased Videocon LED TV on 9/9/2017 from Vijay Sales Borivali West with three years warranty. Within 1 year of the warranty period, the display of my TV has become blank only sound is heard.since 15/4/2018.ON 16/4/2018, 17/4/2018 and 30/4/2018 I lodged complaint with customer care and I was given complaint reference No: MUM[protected] Response code S31476, MUM[protected] Response code R42790 and MUM[protected] Response code S07040. On 23/4/2018 and 24/4/2018 techinicians from Videocon Service Centre visited my house and checked my TV and he told that the Panel is not working and Panel needs to be replaced and he has placed the Order for New Panel and within one week he will come and replace the Panel. However thereafter since more than One month has elapsed. Now the service centre is not picking up my calls and when I call customer care they always say that they have send reminders and within 24 hours service centre will call back to me. Till today I have niether received any call nor nor my TV is repaired nor my TV is replaced. It is very shocking a reputed company like Videocon having given warranty at the time of selling their product has failed to fulfil their commitment. I have also lodged complaint with Vijay Sales and they have also send reminders to Videocon but there is no response. Hence my complaint may be registered and either my TV be repaired immediately or my TV be replaced with New TV as I am suffering much inconvenience during my vacation period when I am at home deprived from watching TV Programmes and News. I am a Senior Citizen and great inconvenience is caused to me. It is a clear cut case of deficiency of service by Videocon Industries. There is no response from Videocon Industries nor my complaint is resolved till date. Today is the 42nd day after the display of my TV has gone blank and it is still under warranty period and even two EMI of Bajaj Finance Ltd is yet to be repaid. Service centres are not responding when called and Customer care do not give satisfactory answers. I have become now frustrated. I am now doubtful whether Videocon Industries will take cognizance of my complaint and will repair or replace my TV or will I have to file a complaint before Consumer forum on the ground of deficiency of service of Videocon Industries and claim compensation and costs of litigation from the company. Hope that reputed organisation like Videocon will not compel me to approach Consumer forum for redressal of my grievances. Videocon Industries and its service centres are once again reminded and requested to forthwith treat my complaint as urgent and resolve the issue of my TV either by repairing it or by replacing it with new TV atleast with 2/3 days. If nothing is done or nothing is heard then I will have no other option but to approach consumer forum and claim compensation and damages from Videocon Industries for the loss and sufferings caused to me due to deficiency in the services after sale of their product and giving fake warranty when they do not intend to fulfill their committment during warranty period and thereby they have deceived and cheated me and wasted my hard earned money for purchase of the above product.
