My customer ID is 91778957. I tried several time to change my customer name as it shows Mahendra Gadade which is my Land lord's name & i had mentioned his name only in my postal address for easy comminication, but my product has been registered in his name which is not accpetable.
I have provided my documents while purchasing Videocon D2H. Hence request you to map my customer id (i.e.[protected] to KUMAR SAURABH. Request you to resolve this issue at the earliest.
