[Resolved] Viveks, Indiranagar, 100 Ft. Rd. — Not honouring the offer | |||
I have purchased a LG washing machine from Viveks Indiranagar on 5.11.10. A gift coupon for Big TV Network connection was issued on purchase of the said equipment. Unfortunately, I am struggling since one month to get the Big TV connection. I am not getting any proper response neither from Viveks nor from Reliance Big TV. Was this information helpful? | |||

I would think twice before going to Viveks to purchase any product. Their customer service exists till they have received money for the purchased goods in the account. Horrible shopping experience at Viveks. If any of you are thinking of purchasing from Viveks. Would suggest you reconsider your decision.
