Vodafone — 3G services & the mental & economical harresment by vodafone staffs. | |||
i am using vodafone 3G service from 4 months, but it is not working from 20 days, i complained in vodafone in around 15 times. but they didn't interested to solve my problem, their officers & staffs misbehaved me, & they harassed me mentally & economically ..!! i want to complained against him in consumer court, please help me, i am feeling so helpless. my moblie no. is [protected], please help me, what should i do ?? Vodafone — Mental Harresment
HI All,I am readlly frustrated with Vodafone. They are doing mental harresment to me. I took prepaid phone no [protected] for my parents. When i took phone i said that i dont want any message/promotional. They gave with assurance. Unfortunately, i dont have written proof.
2 month back, they asked me to send message to their call center then i did that. It did not stop.
12th May, 2011 : I talked to customer care in Infosys office, I send email as well. get those promotion ect. to unsubscribe. I came to know taht some unknown services are started which cost me 45/-. They confirmed that no no service is active but they can not reverse money.
16th May ; again 15/- deducted.
i sent email, i called [protected] times but no result. Please help me.

Respected Sir,Please help me to find out the call history (incoming / outgoing) and messages (incoming / outgoing) of a Vodafone number [protected]. Please help me.
