[Resolved] Vodafone — calling card not working | |||
I am International Ph.D.Scholar in Anna University.Last week I purchased WCC from Adyar store.After I sent the SMS to activate the card I dialed 50318 and the Vodafone system is saying Sorry your card is blocked please contact the customer care service ,so I went back to store next day 2 complain and I noticed that every one working in that store written in his shirt (HAPPY TO HELP) I was very happy because I expect my problem will be solved and I am going to speak to my family.They said we will send e mail to our main office and you will receive call and they will activate the card.Then I waited for one day without any respond ,next day I went to Vodafone store to complain ,they said they will call u tomorrow but no one called me.I was waiting for 7 days and I am very angry from Vodafone for treating her customer like this. Now I am searching for other company having International calling cards which giving some respect to the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

Also I am amaized to learn that you also got the same experience back there in a Tamilnadu Vodafone shop as my imediate family member had here in mumbai for Mobile Number Portability, we was fed up with the abismal service of Vodafone and wanted to shift to other better services, till date she has not got the MPN number from Vodafone the request was placed in July, 2010. We chose Airtel and are realy satisfied with the service.
We faced a very bad and very unproffesional experiences in the Vodafone store namely the one one on 4 Bunglows in Andheri, Mumbai.
For me personaly I will never recomend Vodafone to others.
