Vodafone — Call forwarding charges while roaming
While I was roaming, call forwarding charges were deducted. I knew it only at the time of seeing the bill. When contacting customer care, I was told the forwarding service was on in my case. When I told them it was not, then plainly refused. When asked about the details of forwarding, they say they dont keep that.
Do you know how can I officially post a complaint of this ??
This is daylight robbery (almost 40% of my bill was forwarding charges)
