Hi,

I have been using Vodafone prepaid number from last 3+ years. I get a message on saturday night 9 PM from Vodafone that if I don't provide my identity proof and address proof documents my number will be disconnected next day i.e Sunday.

Now as we all all know Vodafone stores closes at 7:00 every day and they are closed on Sundays. May I know why I was not given a prior message/information? When I called...

I called today at 12:40pm at customer care vodafone to enquire about the scheme they offered me on26.09.2010 .But when i enquired about same executive denied and toldme that i can go to showroom which i denied as I would not be able to go,but later on he start abusing me back to back,to be very honest in reply i also did but he continued and I disconnect the call.

Using the Vodafone Mobile Number, the series of land numbers(0892428****) are unable to get connected..
The IVR response while calling to the specified landline number is that


"This facility requires special subscription..

This is the problem faced from 3 years, i have placed several complaints, but no response...

Sir, i am connected with vodafone prepaid for the last 6years. yesterday onwords my mobile shows all incoming as UNKNOWN. when i speak to coustmercare support, they said that we deactive the caller ID. How they can deactive the service without inform me....

I was in mumbai and was receiving unsolicited computerized calls from Vodafone caller tunes. Incoming roaming charges were being cut from my prepaid account and were also harassing me as calls were being made during meetings. I called customer care and was deeply disappointed by their indifference and was forced to lodge complain.
Because they were calling for their promotional activities It is not my responsibility to pay for them...

It never worked satisfactory. I ad made complaints a no. of times to the store. Also took Mr Sandeep's number an executive sitting in the store to help me out in it.

Unfortunately the spped was really really bad it hardy used to connect.
