My wife is using a vodafone connection for 2 years. Tariff plan she opted for was life time plan. Last year it automatically got changed to corporate plan after a long hassle we could able to change the same to existing Life time plan. Few days back we were surprised to listen that tariff plan of her connection has again got changed to Corporate plan. when contacted vodafone they said that your plan has been changed by your RM while she is a house wife and never worked for any organisation. Could not understand how vodafone can allow any corporate to change her plan without informing her. More over how can vodafone provide access of her account to any other person without her consent. I am seriously fedup with thier response. After giving calls 3-4 times to customer care, visiting vodafone store and sending e-mail to them could not get satisfactory answer from them. Please suggest me how can I take it further to consumer court. Thank you.

    Call forwarding charges while roaming

    While I was roaming, call forwarding charges were deducted. I knew it only at the time of seeing the bill. When contacting customer care, I was told the forwarding service was on in my case. When I told them it was not, then plainly refused. When asked about the details of forwarding, they say they dont keep that.

    Do you know how can I officially post a complaint of this ??

    Sir/Madam,

    I have a vodafone connections with number [protected]. I had taken this connection about two and a half years ago. Some months back i received a message asking to resubmit the document required while taking a new connection. About a month back, caller id on my phone was deactivated as i had not submitted my documents. Last Sunday, i had submitted all my documents after which my caller id was activated. Today when i woke up in the morning, i found that all my out going calls has been barred without any prior notice to me. Even call center number was deactivated because of which i was not able to even connect to their customer care. I had no option but to borrow my friends phone to call their customer care at 2 o clock. Their i logged my complaint and was assured that my outgoing calls will be activated with in 2 hours. At 3.30 iu went to their phone outlet at andheri Kurla road and there i again logged in the same complaint that my outgoing calls has been barred and they assured that the number would be reactivated by 5 o clock in the evening. Bu till 7 o clock this was not activated failing which i again called in their customer care and was informed that it would be reactivated by 9 o clock. Again at 10 o clock i called and same lam excuse was made and false assurance was provided that the phone would be activated by 11 p.m. Right now its 12 mid night and still it has not been activated.
    I just cant explain how embarrassing it have been for me to ask others phone each time i am required to call even to their customer care. In the evening i was required to make an urgent call but was not bale to connect the person due to non availability of the services. Through your forum i want to register a complaint on the service provider and redressal for the same.

    I hope to hear form you and want to take legal actions against them. I have been going under all these pains without being at fault at all. I want not to escalate this problem and get it rectified so that no one else like me have to face the same.

      This is Rakesh Kumar and my mobile no. [protected]. Vodafone had stopped my outgoing since 9th Oct 2010 without any prior message or intimation. I am using this number since last 10 years and I had deposited all required document to activate the number as Govt. of India came with notice that even of pre-paid mobile user have to submit the documents. After 10 years I came to know that my document is not with Vodafone and I got shocked that without having document Vodafone s giving me services. Today I had spoken to Sandeep, he did transferred line to senior but disconnected. First of all I need to wait for 10 minutes to talk to anyone and he disconnected the line without understanding the problem of customer. I had spoken to Devender and he logged complaint against complaint no. [protected].

        During time period 18 September 2010 & 26 September 2010 Vodafone with out my permission charged for VAS services and Caller tune not once/twice but thrice. This was even after i made clear after first instance itself that please don't cut charges for VAS services as i have not requested them.

        I emailed them. but to no avail. I am in Ahmedabad and that number is roaming - so i always require enough balance to ensure that i can receive important calls on my Number.

        First day my prepaid phone number was charged for 15 and same was deducted from my account. I sent an SMS for deactivating the service, but on Sunday, 19th Sep Rs 30 was again deducted from prepaid balance and i had again deactivated the service. i wrote email to Vodafone that this is totally unethical.
        This was my mail to Vodafone on 18th Sep -
        "You cannot force customers on any value added services and deduct amount from their prepaid balance.
        Please stop this, before it gets worse - it looks a very cheap way of doing business.
        I hope, i am not again charged for this cricket service or any VAS with out my permission or willingness."


        But again on 26 Sep Vodafone cut amount from my prepaid balance without my permission or willingness
        I again wrote Vodafone a mail
        "With whose permission you force the caller tunes and other services on customers??? You must doing this to millions o[censored]sers and generating a huge unethical way of revenue generation.
        I warned you last week for unnecessary deductions for cricket score updates - which was done twice and you haven't even replied to my mail. Today the caller tune was set without my permission and charges deducted. Your Mumbai customer care is pathetic as no is picking up the phone.
        I guess, now the time is to drag vodafone legally"

        I am pretty much sure this kind of things is being done to millions o[censored]sers - imagine the revenue Vodaone must be generating via such illegal methods.

          In Ahmedabad , at Memnagar Fire Station area in Navrangpura area we have problem of poor coverage of Vodafone .This area is having coverage problems since last at least one month. The coverage problem is so much that all Vodafone users in our society have to come out and go to their terraces to talk..This problem is with only Vodafone users only ..The phone gets disconnected or there is no clear voice or voice is breaking many times..This leads to frequent calls and thus bills are mounting up..We have already complained to Vodafone office many times but nothing has been done to resolve the issue immediately..

          As a result the residents of these society/ area are fed up and it may happen that we may cancel using Vodafone mobile services if the issue is not resolved immediately..We have also complained earlier but nothing has been done so far...Please intervene the matter immediately..

            I am facing a lot of difficulties in using this connection because o[censored]nnecessary balance cut. One was done by activating a four day internet which i hadn't requested and i logged the complaint about it in the customer care ,the representative said the balance will be credited in 48 hours but it wasn't and today gurbani pack is activated which is a cheat . I was called by your representative from the number [protected] she said we are going to activate it on your mobile ,i inquired whether i have to pay .She said its been activated from our side and i will have to pay if i use. She said you will have to pay 10p/min if you use the service and now Rs 40 as per month rental has been deducted from my mobile as the activation charges . The representative cheated me by not telling the activation costs. So, I request you to stop cheating customers and please refund my balance.               I use a vodafone post paid connection.I activated my caller tune 3 months back. But whenever a person calls me on this no., the caller tune advertisement gets played before my chosen caller tune.As a consequence, 95% of the times the song doesn't get played as the call gets answered even before the advertisement gets completed.I called up their call center & requested them to get get rid of the advert.It gets deactivated for a day, but starts playing again the very next day.I have complained atleast 15-20 times till now.They just won't budge.

                Error message is displaying "Server Busy. Try again".

                      My name is karthik . I am using Vodafone Number past 6 years.The Number is [protected] . But this last 2 Years I having lot of Network Problem with Vodafone. Error is : NO NET WORK COVERAGE .i am did not receive a single point net work .every time showing no net work coverage only for my mobile . once can i left the office after only i got the net work. inside office only this problem . Here Using 30 vodafone number this place.but not at all sastisfied.all people said very bad services.almost all are gave more complaint. i am also made the so many complaint to Customer care. But they will not at all responce.Customer care service also is very bad services.inform to agent please transfer to line higher officer but they will not transfer to the higher officers. i thing there is not working any higher officer that why not picking my call. May be agent will transfer the line .fully going on ring then automatically hang the call.Last 3 month back only i sent throw mail regarding this query to Appellate & Nodal Officers .after only they will take a action but still this problem not been solve.one people came & check with here every thing as been noted.but not in use.he also said.sir i will send technical deperment it is clear maxiamum 2 days.but does not clear.than i got the call from vodafone team & Asking time but not done it.one people made the call to me the name is Mr MOHAN PRABU. They was said sir give to me maxiamum time to 3 or 4 months surely we will arrage to clear the problem .but i not satisfied this services bcoz i know very well they will again take a time 3 or 4 months. i will asking i gave the complaint past 1 year back i[censored] not complited 3 or 4 months ah. saying sorry sir.he was said i know that particular area is going on the network problem.                         It is shameful to get such a treatment from a service provider like Vodafone....I am surrendering this number however will only pay for my usage/rentals & for blackberry - 1099 as per unlimited usage & this is what I even suggested them however I believe they have such a large customer base that one customer doesnot impact them......................

                            I would like to bring into notice about same unknown transactions of about Rs 35,000 from my Axis bank account in the name of Vodafone-Billdesk-Mumbai. I am nowhere connected to Vodafone. This transaction is a big surprise for me and at the same time I am higly disturbed with this loss.

                            It is my humble request to all to kindly help me regarding this fraud . I would also like to know the possibility of getting my money back

                              On 25th day of September 2010 I have purchased a Vodafone SIM card bearing mobile number [protected] from a local retailer in Purulia. Xerox copy of passport and current electricity bill have been submitted by me for identity proof and address proof respectively.

                              The application for prepaid connection duly filled up and signed alongwith passport size photograph also submitted to the retailer from whom the SIM card was purchased.

                              On 3rd October 2010 the said vodafone number has been made inactive without any prior notice. When Vodafone customer care contacted over telephone they say that purchase of their SIM card from local retailer is prohibited and therefore the documents submitted can not be retraced.

                              Further I wish to state that the said mobile no had been recharged with Rs 350/-. When the retailer was contacted he informed me that your document has been rejected by Vodafone company because your ID proof i.e passport does not contain the details of your address. Even though I tried to convince them by saying that current electricity bill was attached along with the application for this reason, they do not bother to refer the instruction they give to customers.It seems Vodafone staff will not respond positively unless I take the help of consumer forum.

                              I therefore request you sir to advise me the correct administrative action which can be taken in this case. My mobile number is [protected] and my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                              Prepaid connection — Deactivation of Prepaid Connection without information

                              I had taken a prepaid Airtel connection for my mobile phone ([protected]) in October 2007 from the Airtel Agent at Colaba. I had also submitted the complete documents with the agent. However, to-day after two and half months suddenly without information my Airtel prepaid connection was deactivated for non-submission of documents. I had tried to contact the call center of Airtel and Mr Sujit was on call. It must be placed on records that Mr Sujit and Mr Shambhu (his supervisor) were extremely arrogant on the call. I had given my number to lot of companies for various business requirements otherwise due the customer care personnel behaviour I would have chucked the card out. Incase the documents of the customer is not received or is misplaced by the Airtel agencies or the Airtel office itself, a customer should not be held responsible. Either the agencies license should be cancelled or the Airtel staff who has misplaced the document or committed the mistake or not informed prior to deactivating the mobile should be penalised.

                              Irrespective of the above, I had visited the Airtel Office at Fort to-day and filled up the forms to-day evening (8 PM) and submitted with relevant documents with great reluctance (since in the heart of heart I knew that I had submitted similar forms with documents earlier too). To-day also your Airtel staff has confirmed that the document is perfect after taking it for second time. I now hope Airtel does not come up again asking for the documents. Secondly, in advertisement of Airtel they keep mentioning that once you take connection the number is activated within four hours. However, the Airtel staff at Fort Branch intimated me that my number would get activated only after 72 hours even after submission of documents and his verification. The advertisement on prompt service by Airtel thus becomes doubtlful. Its a suggestion from an ordinary customer that you need to pull up your customer service more and non-performing staff needs to be fired as they threaten your very existence amongst the other competetors. I hope this complain of mine is looked into by some responsible authority of Airtel than putting in trash which would be really unfortunate.

                              Vodafone Connection — Deactivating the number without informing and without any reason

                              I have a corporate number, but when I changed my job, i changed my account to an individual account after submission of a no-objection letter from my corporate and providing my address proof which was the requirement of the vodafone.

                              Inspite of all my submissions, my line has been deactivated twice stating that the company has asked for it and the system still shows that my number is a corporate number.

                              I don't understand after submission of my papers why is there system not updated about my records. every time you call customer service, i have to narrate my story and my number 'n' number of times with no result. Why such an harassment for owning a vodafone number.

                              Vodafone — Worst Service-Sim got inactive without notification

                              hi,

                              M mansi, i was relocated to pune for job purpose. So i have purchased new vodafone sim as vodafone is "considered best" service provider in telecommunication.

                              i have submitted all my proofs to purchase, and suddenly one day i find that my sim is inactive, without any prior notification from vodafone.

                              I had made spent around 400 rs for card and other recharges.

                              now i am told by dealer to go to vodafone store, which is far from where i live. Even person in customer care is also not replying exactly what is problem behind this.

                              This problem is not just faced by me, it is faced by many of my frds and my colleagues.

                              Its partly matter of money and inconvenience but rather is matter trust on brands. Vodafone is considered best, thus this problem, so question is where do customer go?

                              With reference to the above mentioned subject, I want to inform you that I was using the above mentioned number for past few years. The number was active till 30th April 2010 and I used it regularly till that date. Since I went to my native soon after, I did not use it for few days. During my visit to my native, I lost my mobile phone. I could not realize that I also lost the above mentioned Sim-Card since I was not using it for quite a few days.

                              I tried to search the Sim-Card on return but of no avail. I then called the number and found that the number was being used by some lady who then never picked-up my phone.

                              When I contacted your Vodafone Care, I was surprised to hear that the number was allotted to some Ms. Sangeeta Jadhav under the post-paid connection. I argued knowing that my number can not be transferred to any other person without my consent and that to within such a short period of time.

                              In consideration of the above, I would request you to stop the services of the above mentioned number with an immediate effect and also let me know the policy under which my number was transferred to some other person without my consent.

                              In case, no-cognizance is taken of my above communication, the responsibility will rest on your part for misuse of the above mentioned number.

                              Vodafone Prepaid Mobile Connection — Clarifications and compensation

                              I have been using a Vodafone prepaid mobile connection since April 2009. My Vodafone mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged my number with a Rs: 52/- special sms pack in the last month but did not receive any email confirmation till date. As usual, some day in this month the validity of the sms pack got over and I was charged for sending national smses at a fixed rate of Rs: 0.50/- after that. Everything looked fine until I was charged for sending local smses as well. The reason for saying this is that I was assured to be able to send at most 100 local smses a day free of cost. For clarifications I called the customer care which in turn charged me Rs: 0.50/- for the call and became unable to show any viable reason for such deductions. Getting disgusted with the service I sent two emails to Vodafone care. The following are those emails:

                              1) Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have not received any email confirmation of my last recharge of Rs:52/- to my number [protected]. Please send me the email confirmation along with the date of recharge.

                              My Vodafone prepaid number is [protected]. I guess, the validity of my last recharge of Rs:52 which should enable me to send unlimited messages throughout the country has ended, yet I am not sure.
                              Anyways, even if the validity is over I should not be charged for sending local messages as I was assured to send at most 100 local messages a say free of cost. Still I was charged for sending local messages last night at a rate of Rs: 0.50/-. The numbers to which I sent those messages are:
                              [protected], [protected] and [protected]. All of these are local numbers. I was charged Rs: 2.00/- for that. For clarifications when I called your customer care a STUPID guy received the call. I am writing the conversations below:
                              Me: Hi, this is Punyabrata Dhar from[protected]. I want to know why I have been charged for sending local smses. When I took the connection, I was assured to send at most 100 local smses a day free of cost. Then why was I charged?
                              Stupid guy: Sir, you added a zero (0) before the number and that's why you have been charged.
                              Me: But that was a local number, right?
                              Stupid guy: Yeah, but the system checks whether there is a zero added in the beginning or not and charges that way.
                              Me: So if I remove the zero I should not be charged?
                              Stupid guy: You are right Sir.
                              Me: Then for the non-local numbers if I remove zero from the beginning I should not be charged for sending national smses. Am I correct?
                              Stupid guy: Sir, you are charged for the fact that you added a zero before the local number.
                              Me: Can you please answer my previous question?
                              Stupid guy: Thank you for calling Vodafone. Have a nice day ahead Sir.
                              The phone got disconnected after that and I was charged Re:1/- for this stupid call !!!
                              I would request you to look into the matter. I want my Rs: 3/- back asap. In addition, please provide with necessary clarifications.

                              I was assured to be acknowledged within two days after I sent the email but unfortunately still now there is no resolution given from their side. In addition I want to say that I recharge my Vodafone number ([protected]) with an average of Rs: 600/- every month. Still such misbehaviour is not what I expect despite being a valued customer.

                              Vodafone/ prepaid card — unauthorised document

                              I have submitted the document of the vodafone no [protected] at the time of alloted of this no by the company. Now after 2.5 years of this continue prepaid Mobile no. the vodafone online phone call has been asking about the submission of authorised document.
                              In this context i have mailed to company some days before because i am continiously receving the call from vodafone. this is my personal no and company has forcing to disconnect the no. if company has informing us that what the document they have, it is unauthorised than why company has calling after 2.5 years, subjecting of question.Company has to show my all submit document.

                              I had taken three sims from Vodafone store Shanthinagar.I have submitted all the documents during the time I got the sim from the store both the address proof as well as the identity proof. In the month of November as per the TRAI directive I again submitted the address proof as well as the identity proof as desired by the Vodafone.But now the numbers for which I have given the documents are still deactivated. Please take action against these employees.                               I have recently migrate from the tata to vodafhone. But it is my bad Decision. Vodafhone and other telecom service are earning by active some service by default or automatically start and cut the cusomer money. which is happenining with from last two weeks. i have wirte a sms to deactivate the Internet services more than three times and lodge a complaint to deactivate the internet service but still my mobile has this services. Why ??? .. Customer care executive are fully prepare to do this. the solution of this problem not given by them. Ignore by say different statement with different times ......

                              Vodafone — No prior notice of reminder of document submission prior to disconnect

                              I am using vodafone prepaid sim since last 5 years. All of sudden I was disconnected from the service.
                              I was not notified or informed of document submission prior to disconnection. I talked with customer care representative about it but he left my phone unattended after talking with few minutes.

                              I am existing user of vodafone. Last month i just went at vodafone store for deactivation of my service for the particular sim card they just gave me one E-mail id which is vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on which i want to send one mail for deactivation of sevice which i have done very next day & after 1-2 days i just received one confirmation call from one vodafone executive regarding the reason for deactivation for the service & in that finally i told him that i don't want to continue with this number so just stop the service for 3 numbers which i have already mentioned in E-mail. Now after few days when i am checking that sim card they all are activate & i just called to customer care again they told me that your service is still activate because you had told to retain the service but actually i told them to stop the service & 2-3 times they told me that u will receive call from our side but no call was received from them & the service is still active & they are charging the rental So why should pay that extra rental for that period because i have already send the mail for deactivation. when i told them to transfer the line to there seniors they are not ready to transfer the line & also not ready to give the name of the person with whom i already talk as they are giving reason that we have no rights to provide you the details & we will not transfer the call to our seniors because we don't have the rights to transfer them & again give the reply that you will receive the call within 24 hours. Now finally i am frustrated & want to exit from this all.

                                when I called on [protected] from another mobile call got connected but when I had word with executive he said “yes u r ivr has been blocked and I will ask my team leader regarding this and it will get activated you have called more than 10 times so its blocked”



                                If its like this then whts the use of providing customer care support and now days you ppl are charging 50 paisa for 3 minus I think Vodafone must change slogan to unhappy to help and really I m not at all happy with Vodafone customer care support now why I have called more than 10 times have you ever ask ???????? no ,



                                CLARIFCATION FROM MY END WHICH YOU MUST UNDERSTAND



                                I had called you more than 10 times as your executives said me its coz of wrong information’s and different different solutions were provided regarding 49 rs unlimited plan to local Vodafone no my plan was suppose to get activated by 25 as per my bill cycle as said by executive on 16/09/2010 docket no was [protected] [protected] and which is got activated on 26 in real ,another fault was when I visit goregaon galley 1 gentleman said sir u must buy a new connection and then and then only we can provide you this service I said him above mentioned docket no then he said no sir its not possible your pack will go in error ,so again I called on 111



                                Now I want clarification regarding this if you cant provide proper solution in one shot then you ppl are not suppose to block my ivr



                                now my 49 rs unlimited services is activated and ivr got block finally so please avoid such kind of thing in future

                                here as per terms and conditions are given for selected plan as I m using my op 99 I was eligible for that pack so to confirm again I called on 111 so this was the scenario



                                and now really I don’t know why each and every time you are giving trouble to the customers really horrible service coz of this really frustration level gets increase look into this matters and give me clarification on this

                                dear sir i am an customer care executive of vodafone of another circle i would like to inform that i[censored] cal to 111 or 198 vodafone has to pay approx 3 rs to us for just pick the call that that is the reson why ivr will get blocked...
                                another thing _ i[censored] are not clear abt any information provided on 111 or 198 u are not supposed to disconnect the call u always can ask to esclate the call to supervisor and there are many leavels..for taking ur call.bcoz we are for u.
                                and i know that may be problems with u but remember one thing vodafone cant change his rules for an single customer but i[censored] are really desearving customer then we always have an option u can mark a mail to our Nodal officer abt ur inconvenience..he will help u in a time which u can't belieave that what we can do for u.
                                and last thing u know why i am giving all this comments to u???

                                called 198 3 times and i was blocked, u ppl do tht alwys i have been block 2-3 times...

                                It's nishant kumar singh i am disappointed with vodafone services.I am having issues related to my vodafone postpaid number [protected].Vodafone care executive has done fraudism with me.On 13th of sept 2013 i received a call from vodafone care executive saying that sir we have an offer for you on postpaid connection now you can convert your vodafone prepaid number into vodafone postpaid number with best monthly tariff plan or talk plan.I told him to explain about talk plan he told me that your monthly rental will be of Rs 149 and you will get 600 mins std+local calls free and 400 sms local+national free per month without any security deposit after confirming again i told him ok send your executive for collecting documents.

                                On 15th of sept 2013 they activated my number into postpaid on the sim they provided me.I was happy that my number has activated with best talk plan but on 17th of sept 2013 when i checked my vodafone postpaid number account details i was totally shocked as according to their commitment they had not given me the tariff plan they promised on my number before activation.

                                Instead of Rs 149 they activated of Rs 199 monthly rental and even benefits they offered me was also changed instead of 600 mins they are giving 150 mins free calls per month and 100 sms. This is not fare you guys have done fraudism with me and cheated me.Such a big firm is playing cheap tricks with customers.If it was matter of lakhs or crores one can think its a big amount so you are cheating customers but it's the matter of only Rs 100 or 200 in such a small amount you are playing fraudism with your value able customers.

                                I am using four numbers on your network and the monthly rental is same on all the numbers with benefits.Monthly rental is Rs 149 and 600 mins free calls std+local per month and 400 sms national+local free per month on my numbers [protected], [protected] [registered on the name of nishant singh] [protected], [protected] [registered on the name of sumintra devi].


                                Now you must think that after getting these benefits on my four numbers why i will activate monthly rental of Rs 199 on my fifth number [protected].Your guys told me that your monthly rental will be of Rs 149 and you will get 600 mins std+local calls free and 400 sms local+national free per month without any security deposit after confirming i activated my number [protected] into postpaid.

                                Now you have changed my monthly rental and benefits that was promised by you.Because of poor service i closed my number [protected] and i think if the situation will remain same then slowly i will have to leave your network or close my numbers permanently.So, its my request please look into the matter and activate my tariff plan with benefits that was promised by your executive as soon as possible.

                                Otherwise i will have to close my numbers as my previous number [protected] was closed.Do not disappoint customers you should think you are because of customers that are using your network.Such a big firm has given you facilities for satisfying customers not for disappointing customers.

I have received a call made by vodafone care (IVR Recorded Call) and in this call they said that my 1 paise plan has been over in few days and we have an offer for you. 1paise scheme for 1 year you will charged Rs. 20 from your main balance and after charging Rs. 20. Rs.10 has been refunded to you means you get 1paise scheme for 1 year just in Rs. 10 only Press 4 choose 1 paise plan and I press 4 then on next day[protected] Rs.20 has been deducted from my main balance. This is for your kind for information Till date[protected] I have not received Rs10 from your side. So I request you to please refund my Rs. 10 as I have listen in your call Dt.[protected].
                                  One thing I aslo said that when I call 198 or 121 to connect vodafone to talk to customer care I have listen the following words" Sorry to say that we are not able to take action in your request in this time" immediately drop a call. please check why i am not connected to customer care 198 and 121.

                                  2.5 yrs back I had raised 2 requests, first in May 2008 and second in July
                                  2008 to refund my balance amount (Rs. 1048) after closing my mobile
                                  connection.

                                  I went to Vodafone office at JMD Gurgaon on 2nd June. The helpdesk
                                  person told me that cheque has been issued, but he couldn't find it and
                                  told me that he will call me back and will tell status of these
                                  requests.

                                  Interesting this thing is that they didn't took my new number even to
                                  call me.

                                  I don't know how long these guys will make fool of customers.

                                  Vodafone — not receive balance or service

                                  I had recharge on my mobile for RS.16 but not get any service for that.I called vodafone customer care 4-5 tomes but the just disconnect my call after listening my problem then i had recorded my conversation with an executive and he is saying that we did not have any service on RS.16 recharge.Than i said if there was not any service then why not my balance is credit for this amount ? he said you have to go to our vodafone customer care centre i can't help you.I have proof of my payment for this recharge and an SMS which states that by recharge of RS/16 you get service of low rates SMS which is 10paise per SMS but still my balance is deducting RS.1 per SMS. my mobile no.                                     I have a corporate plan sim card of Vodafone with me since last 2 years.
                                    Everything was fine untill 20/09/10 since then I am not able to make calls to any non-Vodafone network mobile/landline.

                                    Whenever I try to make a call to any non-Vodafone network I get a "Nwtwork busy" message on my screen.
                                    Making a call to a Vodafone network is not a problem and I do get calls from all network phones, including landlines.

                                    To add to this, I am also not able to dial to Vodafone customer care number,
                                    I tried calling to the Vodafone customer number from my friends number and every time these good for nothing customer service executives of vodafone just hang up the phone saying that we are transfering your phone to the technical team...and then it is a long endless waiting period which will ultimately force you to diconnect the call.

                                    I also tried to change my handset just to confirm this problem has nothing to do with my handset and I was correct...this problem persisted in other handset as well which I used for my testing purpose.

                                    I finally went to the Vodafone store in Nerul seeking for help, but the store was closed. I was late by 15 min. I then tried to use the HOT line service in the bill payment section beside the store and what I found was that the phone kept over there was not working. I complained about this to the security gaurd outside Vodafone store and I was shocked to hear from him that there were complaints raised many times in the past regarding the HOT line service not working but the management of Vodafone store always ignored this!

                                    I am really ashamed o[censored]sing sim card of such a service provideer whos customer services are so poor and when we call up the customer care number those guys just keep you waiting so as to make money out of your call to customer care number.
                                    I am having the same problem. I have a corporate postpaid plan last 2 yrs. Last 2 days I am not able to connect to any other network apart from vodafone. Also the customer care number 111 is not working. I have also replaced the SIM card in Vashi Vodafone store as suggested by great customer care executives of Vodafone. But still it is not working. Also I used the sim card in different handset but still same problem. The Executive just keeping on saying that everything is fine from our side. I will suggest everyone to switch to other network and stop using vodafone. Even now mobile number portability is there so no need to change the number.

                                      I have been using Vodafone prepaid number from last 3+ years. I get a message on saturday night 9 PM from Vodafone that if I don't provide my identity proof and address proof documents my number will be disconnected next day i.e Sunday.

                                      Now as we all all know Vodafone stores closes at 7:00 every day and they are closed on Sundays. May I know why I was not given a prior message/information? When I called up customer care executive this guy kept me on hold for 20 minutes, telling me "Mam give me a minute" and finally he disconnected. On trying for second time, one executive attended my call and he got nerves to say "Mam there is no problem, you can submit your documents on Monday. Only problem you will face that you wouldn't be able to make any call"

                                      I am shocked on this customer unfriendly and unprofessional behavior of Vodafone. Some strict actions should be taken against such service provider.

I HAVE SUBMITTED APPLICATION, DOCUMENTS AND ID PROOF AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING THE VODAFONE SIM, AFTER 3 LONG YEARS THE VODAFONE STORES HAD SENT ME MESSAGE ON 30/09/2010 SAYING THAT I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION, DOCUMENTS AND ID PROOFTILL NOW AND VERY NEXT DAY 0N 01/10/2010 MY INCOMING CALLS WERE BLOCKED. WHEN I CALLED UP VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE THEY DON'T RESPOND PROPERLY TO ME . EVEN IF THEY RESPOND THEY DON'T GIVE A PROPER REASON FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEM. AS A CUSTOMER I FEEL BAD FOR THIS INCONVENTANCE AND FRIENDLY RELATIONSHIP MADE TO ME BY VODAFONE STORES AND CUSTOMER CARE. PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
