[Resolved]  Vodafone — SKH-6 Target & Achievement

Dear Sir,
This is my Third Reminder till date today the problem by Vodafone Office have not vet been solved and urgently I required huge amount of money for my son kidney Transplantation.Even Vodafone Asansol CSM name INDERNIL KUNDU and Branch Manager Sanjib Thakur know each and every thing and they are the one who is playing the game.Even given complain to Vodaphone Coustomer Care number 129 and the complain Request number is 1612and took 72 hrs time but useless.The reason the customer care is giving Misbehaving and Disqualified which is totally wrong.They intensen is not to pay the money.Previos complain is given in the bracket.Sir,please solve my problem urgently.

(I am having a retail outlet in the name of Balaji Telecom &Balaji Enterprise,Ningha Colliery,P.O.Ningha,Dist Bardhaman. Now,Sir,In the month of November 2010 Vodafone launched a scheme name SKH-6.Scheme was SIM Free, Bangkok Trip, OTAF, RUNS (1 RUN POINT VALUE--Rs-2.50) & KRO scheme.Each and every criteria has been full fill by us .The Vodafone is taking us to Bangkok in the month of May 2011 but the date have not yet fixed and we have qualified in both the shop. Secondly, till date today the Sim free money, OTAF money and how much Run Points we have scored from November 2010 till March 2011 including KRO scheme we don"t know. Daily phoning to the vodafone Asansol branch CSM,Distributor, Vodafone Asansol Sales Head, no response from their side.Thirdly since from last three days i am asking the Higher Authority Mobile or Phone number from them, even from Help desk(Vodafone) but they refuge to give it.
Now Sir,I am totally upset as because lots of money have been invested and in return getting nothing but getting harassed by the asansol vodafone team.So,I will be vary highly obliged if you look into the matter urgently.)

Yea vodafone company ab ham dokandar ke liye kuch nehi karenge. Mera bhi super star 2 ka payment nahi diya.aar iska choro to 121 ka payout nnehi dete. Kya koroge.Mera dokan hooghly district me hai mera dokan ka name hai Usha Telecom.Sab dokandar jab tak ek sath awaz nehi uthenge tab tak kuch bhi nehi hoga.jojo morgi me hai company ohi kakarne laga. Mera pas payment nehi pane ka saboot bhi hai magar company manejment ko phone or mail karte karte thak chuka hu.Thanks Vodafone for your behaviour.
