I have received bills of Rs and Rs for my 2 numbers that I have ported from Vodafone postpaid to Idea prepaid. Before porting I was made to pay bills in advance and only then was allowed to port. Why am I still receiving bills from Vodafone postpaid even when both these numbers are active in prepaid?

Even am getting similar kind of threatening messages from vodafone, fact is I have ported a year back to airtel and now they are sending these kind of illegal whats' app messages as below

To avoid service interruption with your current mobile service provider request you to clear the outstanding amount of Rs: 171, against your Vi mobile number : [protected] and Your Relationship # 73738398, on or before 13th Oct’20.This amount was as an unbilled amount during the porting out process & bills have been generated subsequently with prorated rental, Usage & Tax.If you fail to make payment we are compelled to pursue further action as per TRAI guidelines..

After porting vi to airtel I am still receiving postpaid vi bill. On that time I made a payment more than bill amount and my no is ported to airtel prepaid but still I receive postpaid vi bill how I can close this matter
Its been 6 month I ported my number after clearing all the dues now I am getting call to clear the amount of 177.80. I have not received the bill details for the said amount .
When asking for bill details they are unable to provide. Also I am getting message from current service provider that bill amount is outstanding.
Is it really that VI won't take care at the time of porting and bully the consumer after that.
Once raised porting request got 50plus call with offers, pathetic and unprofessional services .
I have ported other service provider number but have a smooth transition .
Request to customer support to look into the issue on priority

I have received a bill of Rs 195.49 from vodafone after number porting to airtel and not able to pay that bill online.Please tell me the process for paying the same at the earliest.It will be very helpful if it can be paid online.The number ported is [protected].
