I have converted my number from reliance to vodafone in the starting plan 150 and today i have received the first vodafone bill stating 1100 gprs charges which is totally fraud. Missed call information charges

I registered for missed call information service on 29-Jul-12. In my last month bill (billing period: 1-Jul to 31-Jul) i had been charged Rs 30/- for availing this service for 3 days (29-Jul-12 to 31-Jul-12). In vodafone website it is mentioned that the rental charges for MCI is Rs.30/month. Is it correct to charge for rest 28 days without using this service? Need some clarification....
