Vodafone — Amount deducted from Recharge amount for Caller tune

Rs 30/- deducted from Vodafone recharge account for caller tune and they say the services were activated from my end. I have been receiving several calls from Vodafone to activate the caller tune and each time I disconnect. I have registered for DND services as well and even then they keep calling me playing various songs. One day suddenly I get a message that Rs30/- has been deducted from my account. I hate caller tunes and would never subscribe to them.
Their executives I spoke to are robots speaking in scripted lingo. Are we living a developing nation like India where we still have such low quality of customer service who do not understand customers sentiments.
My maid servant was charged Rs19/- each day from her prepaid vodafone balance for internet usage!!poor lady filled Rs30/- of recharge everyday and all she received was Rs9/-
They are cheating on the consumers!!
TRAI should penalize these cheaters!!

In some strange way vodafone has activated caller tune since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

i have vodafone no from last one month, sir i am in problem from vodafone, its not a problem its crime from vodafone to me, vodafone start caller tone to my mobile no [protected]at last month, i stop it by sending sms as per your coustmer care, please disconect my callertone service

In some strange way, Vodafone has activated caller tune since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department, as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.
It is indecent that the company will activate a ct without any request and any choice of the customer. It is the second time that my caller tune has been activated since two months without any request from my side and the rental is being deducted from my prepaid mobile no. [protected]

I would like to deactivate my caller tune with immediate effect and a confirmation from your side. Else, let me know why I should not go to consumer forum for an appropriate redressal?

Vodaphone activated the caller tune without any request .I took the matter with vodaphone but without any results.I want that the matter be investigated and deleinquent official/officers must be punished to get the activation carried out without any request from the owner and causing mental tension to him.
