[Resolved]  Vodafone — deactivate caller tune

In some strange way vodafone has activated caller tune since last week and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every day they are charging for an unwanted service.
I would like the caller tune to be stopped immediately. My phone number is [protected]

I would like to stopped vodafone caller tunes from my mobile no [protected] immediately and hence forth pl do not deduct Rs 30.
i try by SMS CANCT to 144 but it not done.

Once after actvation of sim card by id proof not need to provide again and agai. Its a very disadvantage reasons as follows.
1. I am educated not my mother, where as my number will used by mother, she can't know how read the sms or understand the language english
2. Ok, if you want confirmation of the number using same person which id proof have given while buying the sim, its very simple call him and ask name and address.

subscriber wants to un-subscribe the value added service within 24hours from the time of its activation on the ground that the subscription to such service was unintentional or accidental, the service provider shall un- subscribe such value added service and shall reimburse or credit to the customer's account the charges, if any, deducted or levied for subscription to such value added service

deactivate my caller tune i am trying for this to send you a message on your no 144 but it cant be deactivate if this not done i will complaint to consumenr forum take immidiate action

In some strange way vodafone has activated IPL Cricket Score Service without asking me since last week.and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 & 198 are always busy. Between every cricket score they are deducting amount from my balance amount.

I would like to stop immediately this Cricket Score Service. My phone number is [protected]. If vodafone customer care is unable to do so, I am going to switch off my connection. This is very urgent.
