In some strange way vodafone has activated caller tune since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. My phone no. [protected] has deactivated All in one 69 plan. Would like to know the reason and possibly activate as soon as possible.
friend of mine bought vodafone prepaid card frm blore..but he cant send msgs to me in germany.customer care couldnt help hom.his phone is unlocked too..his friends in ireland are gettin his msgs..only i dnt . my bro livin in bombay, got vodafone too..but i get his msgs always..can anyone help?customer care of vodafone cant..

I have activated the 69 booster few months back
Now 69 Rs got detected from my balance and now my balance is in negative
There should be some message atleast that money is going to be detected but without any information all of sudden its getting detected,
Now i want to deactivate the 69 booster,
iam unable to even send msg to vodafone care becasue of negative balance
when i called to vodafone care today morning they are telling to recharge the mobile send msg to deactivate the booster but because of -ve balance i cant even send msg and also i cannot recharge the mobile now
so please help me out i want the booster to be deactivated and i want the remaining balance back.

I have vodafone prepaid acount and have a plan of 69 rs., as vodafone policy to activate this plan they are deducting 69 rs. monthly on 4th of every months without any prior notice or any information.
today on august when i saw my balance it was -67.45 rs. and i recharged the account again with 69 rs.
then after half an hour for 30 rs. but still my account is having balance in minus ie --42.25 rs.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible because this way i lost my 100 rs. it seems and credit my account balance with rs. 30, as i have recharge with 69 rs. after then 30 rs.
if you can't solve then i will not be the customer of VODAFONE.

My sim card was deactivated 3weeks back i went to customer care they told to sudmit again the document other day she told take a duplicate sim card i paid 100/- also within two days it will be activated but still it is not avtivated if call they will not response properly very bad even the store manger also i will check & call u in half an hour thats they will not call back . i could have been called that vidya 20 times she will atten my cal and disconect i wasted my currency yar very bad name for vodafone only pls give my money back atleast i dont want waste vodafone i will suggest my friends not to take vodafone only VERY BAD

This is Daisy([protected]).. On 14th August from my vodaphone prepaid account, 69 Rs was deducted towards some offer, which I never opted for.. The same day only i called customer care(111) and raised a complaint asking to revert back the money to my account. the customer care person promised me that it will be reverted back before 19th Aug, which is not done yet. the service registration number for this issue is [protected]. Please look into the matter ASAP and credit the money back in to my account as early as possible.

I was told on 5th of Aug 09 that I will get a refund of Rs.69 on 7th of Aug 09. I still have not received it.

I have got caller tune in my mobile no.[protected] without my request. I don't like to put the caller tune in my mobile. How can you put the caller tune without my knowledge. I think this is a easy way of making money. Make sure you will delete the caller tune now its self. I will not pay any amount for this.

The person who has stolen this cell has kept this sim activated he is using currency too. The buisness directory numbers are valuble for our buisness we request you to send the outgoings of the above mentioned number on my mail so as to trace out the person using the sim

i m preet from b'lore, i m using vodafone from past six years. from past few months i m recharging rs 22 for v2v night calling tariff. last time also i recharged rs 22 on 3rd of sept. but from next day onwards it started deducting my ballance between 11 to 7 also.i spoke to customer care and they told within 72 hours my problem wil get solved and i will get back my deducted ballance also.but still now no response.and one more thing they agai deducted rs22 from my account on 17th of sept. i m just fed up with vodafone now. from last one month im tryin to talk to customer care executive but when i dialled 111 then it says for other assitance press 9. but when i press 9 it goes to main menu again. pls try to solve my problem asap.
