[Resolved]  Vodafone — bill problem

I am vodafone customer using sim card no.[protected],on the behalf of Himanshu.m.mehta.I wanna permantely disconnect this card.The problem is that my bill is appx 3000 rs, of the month of november.before that our bill was coming between 200 to 300rs per month.The problem as been occurred due to ur customer care service. so pls stop my sim service and i am not pay this bill amts.

sir, the bill i had received is not correct. there is unauthorised charges had been applied in my bill.
eg. the net usage charges but i didn't use net service this month so i'll nt pay that charge.. plz wave-off my charges for the same

sir, my vodafone number [protected] is charged 1240Rs in feb bill for ISD calls but I not do any ISD CALLS and I want to change my podafone number into postpaid but vodafone is saying that you cant change in prepaid I have only way to go in consumer forum thanks RAM DIXIT
I have three numbers of vodafone on my name. That is Navil Peer My Number is [protected]. This Numbers are Post paid connections, registered under group talk plan. Ever since from 1st month i have disputes over extra charges of late payment and silimar in every bill cycle. I have complained many times in Vodafone store Mulund, but no proper action has been taken. Last month I requested them to convert this numbers into Prepaid but due to some extra charges I was asked to convert it into Prepaid in next bill cycle. Today when i cleared all disputes they are now saying it can be done only on next bill cycle and not in between. Moreover in Mulund Vodafone store the store Manager is never availabe. I have noticed this more than 5 times when I went to pay the Bill
They keep on changing their rules and regulations on their own causing problems to the customer.
I request you to look into the matter and assist me. Kindly do help me in this problem.

sir, i am a vodafone postpaid
customer, i have a problem of fault bill, my bill cycle 15may to 15 june
has 895 Rs. there are extra charges of Rs. 330 who is downloading
charges, who i never used, i called customer care but they says you
have to pay bill otherwise your number will stop by company, i told them
firstly you sovle my bill problem then i will pay... and now my number
is out of service before 11 july.
sir, i am aware how to use net, i use net between 9-10 years, i never face that type of problem till this bill.
sir, i can pay, when there are my mistake but i can't pay when i have done no mistake.
