[Resolved]  Vodafone — Calls not connecting

I use to call my native place number(BSNL landline in TN) from my vodafone mobile(Hyderabad number) everyday, of late the service has become poor that I get an insane message "The number you have dialled is invalid, please check the number you have dialled", this is pissing me off badly, because this is the number which I am dialling daily and of a sudden it becomes invalid. It does not even reach the network, as I get this message without "any" delay as soon as I press Dial. The irritating part is I face this problem during the evenings, mostly peak hours(my guess), other times it is connecting to the number. I had filed 3 complaints with the customer service, all in vain. They say that they made a test call and it works, they are not ready to understand the problem. They simply log a complaint and reply that it will be taken care of within 10 days(frustrating wait period), and they close the complaint after making a test call, they do not understand that this happens during peak hours. Now after 3 complaints the problem still exists and there is no technical support guy I can talk to. I am not able to connect to some other BSNL mobile numbers and Airtel landline numbers, is there a escalation point, TRAi or something where I can escalate this matter to.

I am using a vodafone number [protected] on which i am receiving abusive and unwanted calls from a number [protected].i just want the details of this person and i am ready to give all my verification documents to get the persons details and noone in vodafone is ready to listen any thing.
I am using vodafone no - [protected], in which I am not able to access my e-mails. contacted vodafone and the Tech Support executive, asked me to delete all the configuration settings and informed that he wil be sending the new settings and also arranging call back. Not received the same. Again contacted the care and it works, but after 4-5hrs, it again stiopped. Then again contact CC and they informed that network poutage is going on, it will restore within 1-1.5hrs, waited for 2hrs, Tried but no go. Again received the same feedback after contacting the CC / GPRS Team of vodafone. Dropped mail to Nodal officer Mr. Ashutosh Chavan and Appellate office Mr. C.B. Rajesh, but had not received any revert from them...As today had sent 2nd reminder, but also had not received any revert, nor they are reachable on phones ( As they wont answer the calls made). Is their any TRAI officer's maild id, so that I'll mark him/her, to escalate.
Does any one from the Vodafone, will look in my problem or NOT ???????
