[Resolved]  Vodafone — DELAY IN SIM ACTIVATION

RESPECTED SIR/MAM,
MY MOBILE was lost( MOBILNO-[protected]), in order to activate my no-[protected] again i get FIR FROM POLICE STATION & give it to VODAFONE CUSTOMER (on dated 13/02/2009)EXECUTIVE Mr VIKAS at VODAFONE MINI STORE at WELCOME MOBILE STORE at BALLAGARH, FARIDABAD but till now no action has been taken in order to activate my sim till now, so i request it as soon as possible.

I have taken a vodafone connection just 20 days back and in the meantime i submitted various documents many a times which consists in the Vodafone store and everytime i got conformation that your No. is not going to be disconnected but after submitting a set of documents i get a message please resubmitt the document again otherwise your connection will be suspended.
1.)Company letter head stating the Co. address.
2.)Copy of PAN CARD.
3.)Leave and License agreement copy as my local address proof.
4.)NOC by my owner duly attached with the “electricity bill of Jan month 09”.
5.)Copy of Driving License.
6.)Copy of Company ID Card.
7.)9 Photographs.

With this regards the Connection is changed from Prepaid to Postpaid Connection on 15th of March, the connection is taken from Vashi Navi Mumbai Vodafone store with the No. as [protected] and with this refrence I spoke to Mayuri Rupam Chauhan over there she gave me an assurance that your no will be activated within 48 hours but till today 19th March the services are not activated. The Worse part of the communication is that after sending the mails to her still there is no reply that at what time the services will be activated. There are long list of Complaints against Vodafone Customer Care as there is no frozen process in the Vodafone. I have already lodge an Complaint but the Height there is no activity which took place as of now.

The other Complaint is about there Toll free no. 111 and [protected] which I have tried several times and there is no way to talk the Customer Care.
