it is very bad process of caller tunes activating system in vodafone .one call is coming from vodafone and automaticaly says thanking for subscribe this caller tune next conformation message is coming soon and end that call.in 24 hours some caller tune is set my mobile without my knowledge.what can i do? they hve activeted caller tunes n deducted my bal...witoun informing me..just a [censored]in sms said u have been charged for caller tunes like that...now they r not attending my calls n not connecting my calls to coustomer care..

Respected Sirdeactivate caller tune & all the services deactivate life time
n some strange way vodafone has activated mahfile service since last one months and I am spoken with customer care executive they told i sent a sms VAN CAMET & u send the no.144 & i am sending sms to deactivate my all services to number 144 & sms is unable to go giving answer ERROR. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.
I would like the any services mahfile & caller tune to be stopped immediately. My phone.no is[protected] & please my balance refund immediately now
