[Resolved] Vodafone — network suddenly gone | |
My cell no.is +91-[protected] from last three years, now a days i am facing serious network problem at our home from last 20 days there is complete blackout at our house where earlier there was full network at all the places inside house and we seriously affected by this, in these days hundreds of call are barred, intrrupted, and terminated during conversation and we lost lots of bussiness and credibility by this.i am urging u since last 20 days this is the limit(the date when i registered a complain and they asked me for 48 hours then 10 days then i have got sms that the problem has been resolved but in fact it doesn't, then nodal officer asked for 7 days to wait 7 days over now what?) then they told me to hold up for 1 and half month and assured me to give external antena for coverage and for that they suggested to change my cell (lg shine to compatible nokia n73) i did the same i haven't get any instrument nor get proper answer yet as their office people said they have sent antena on dated 6/05/2009 and sent it via angadia service i have searching angadia offices all the branches of surat i have even called your vendor mr.tapan cell no.[protected] (which was given me from vodafone appellate authority mr.zahir wykes gujarat) at least 7 times on 8th may today he every time making me fool by saying will sms me docket no. within 10 minutes whole day i spent behind this yet not get proper answer or response what is really going on let me know when will i actually get my problem resolved i am urging u since last 20 days this is the limit(the date when i registered a complain and they asked me for 48 hours then 10 days then i have got sms that the problem has been resolved but in fact it doesn't, then nodal officer asked for 7 days to wait 7 days over now what?) pls .pls.pls . sir pls. dont harrash us. I do agree and am sorry you have been trough such problem with Vodafone Gujarat Customer Care which is Pi9nnacle of providing service under superlative leadership of Mr. Zahir Wykes (VP customer Care).
This is one of the cases I have ever heard where VF gujarat has failed to provide service as per their high and etical standards.
However, I still believe VF Guj being a super customer centric organization, will definitely look into resolving your issue and also find out the reasons for wrong commitments.
I strongly suggest you visit one of their VF stores nearest to your location and physically meet the store manager in person.
Please don't lose your faith with VF gujarat as it is indeed best in what it does. Your case is one of those .01% chances where service delivery fails, however I am sure VF Guj will compensate it by quickly resolving your issue and investigate the wrong commitement.
