Dear, sir, madam I din't receved proprly activation slab scheem R . M, Mr. Nitin Pathak from Saral distibuter, Lucknow, His cell no.[protected] Has told me. I am surprised that worlds leading cellular company VODAFONE is cheating customer by unfair and illegal trade practice. Its customer service ( Bihar & Jharkhand) is worse in the whole world. Is it making fool the Customers and to collects revenue for the company only?
The customer care staff is not ready to lodge complaint of customer.
I have prepaid connection of Vodafone No. [protected] . On 27.04.2009 I received a
Message from Vodafone that Caller Tune has been activated in your mobile and Rs. 45/- deducted for the service. I had not requested for the caller tune . The company illegally activated the same. I immediately went to Vodafone Mini Store ( Shashi Communication ) in Dhanbad and lodged the complaint for caller tune . The Vodafone Store Official noted the complaint and talked to Customer Care at Ranchi and told me that the Officer concerned is out of Office I have noted the complaint and your problem will be solved and Rs. 45/- deducted will be refunded.
Next day on 28.04.2009 I visited the Vodafone Mini Store and asked for my complaint.
The official again talked to Customer Care and inquired about my complaint and replied till now nothing has been done they are trying to find the reason for caller tune activation.
He assured me that your problem will be solved.
I was out of station for 10 days, On 09.05.09 I again visited the Vodafone Mini Store and asked for my complaint. The official talked to Mr. Subendu at Customer Care and told that the Caller Tune is activated from your side.
I am using Vodafone for Outgoing only. I am using Cellone [protected] from 2002 and all incoming is coming in this number. You can verify from your System that in last
one month barely a incoming call at Vodafone except un wanted call from Vodafone.
As there is no incoming call at this number Why should I activate the caller tune and who will listen the songs?
I had also talked with Mr. Subendu, He told me that this is done by System and nothing can be done. He asked me why you have not complaint at 111. As I lodged my complaint immediately with the Vodafone Mini Store and the concerned person noted it and talked with Customer Care several times. He assured me that your problem will be solved, as he has taken the matter I have not lodged complaint separately over phone.
When my problem not solved I talked to Customer Care on 09.05.09 at 111 and talked to Mr. Dhirendra and asked to lodged my complaint for caller tune activation and refund of
Charges deducted. He denied to lodge complaint. Then I talked to his Senior Abhijit Singh
And explained the matter and requested him to lodge my complain and solve my problem
He clearly denied to to take any complaint.
The Customer Service of Vodafone (Bihar and Jharkhand ) is worst and pathetic. The Customer Care Staff is most in-efficient and do not take complaint of Customer and harassing them. That incident gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre
I request to look in to the matter and De-activate the caller tune immediately and refund the charges Rs. 45/- deducted . The customer care person should be made accountable and penalized.
If my problem is not solved I will take legal action against Vodafone.
