[Resolved]  Vodafone — Do Not Disturb service not working

My mb. No.Is [protected] dnd service is active on my vodafone no. But on the screen i am forced to see company's promo which is shown everytime where i would like to see cell information. Nothing happen after many complaints

my mo no is [protected] i dont have any problem of vodafone service but i had active dnd service then also i am recive sms from advertisements company for e.g lbsmlnd, asian sky, or any offer about computer parts ..., please stop all that,

Vodafone — DND service not working

My name is Abhinav and I am in Bangalore. My Vodafone number is [protected]. About a month back, I sent the 'START DND' message to 1909 to disable promotional calls. But it seems all it did is put my number on one of their bonus promotional lists, as the number of calls (and messages) only seems to have increased. Things came to a head when today (19.10.2009) for the first time ever I received a non-automated human promotional call. I sent the DND message again only to be informed that the service is already active. Someone please get this service fixed, it's frustrating when I am interrupted at work by these meaningless calls.

Vodafone — receiving advertisement smses even after registering DND

I have registered for "Do Not Disturb" on my mobile phone.

Still I receive many SMSes advertising different products and disturbing me.

I lodged complaints with vodaphone helpline.
They took about 3 months and then phoned me that they are informed by TRAI that "no such SMS was sent to me!!! Even though I gave them the details of SMS and phone number of the company sending it.!!!!

What I should do now?

Is there any other agency who can help me?

My mb. no is [protected] i dont have any problem of vodafone service but i want to activate DND service in my phone because in a whole day I receive many sms from advertisements company all sms irritate me to much. Most of time these sms disturb me whenever I become busy for e.g lbsmlnd, asian, td-axis, td –interviewcall, td-cldth, lm-arwinfra, sky, or any offer about computer parts ..., please stop all that at all.

my number [protected]...DND service is not working...i am always getting some puzzles to reply...

I am surprised, why this service (Vodafone network) is even operating. Just because i am forced to use corporate plan else I would have ditched this provider.

Worst network, call drop, Useless DND service.

These are just few problems now a days, not now a days since last more than 6 months me and my colleagues are facing and this dumb service provider has either no answer or something stupid explanation.
