[Resolved]  Vodafone — FRAUD ECS TRANSACTIONS AND DOCUMENTATION

I happened to activate my ECS service for payment of by monthly bills since nov'08 (ICICI BANK). For the activation of this service i was asked to give one cancelled cheque duly signed by Vodafone employee. It was submitted. There were double deduction of payments from my ICICI bank account since April09 with different amounts. Bank statements are available with me. After joint investigation by Vodafone and ICICI bank it was came into notice that the attached vodafone authorization form for ECS activation was filled up with two mobiles number and the signature on this form is not authentic. it is fraud. Signature on the original cheque differs with that on the form. The form was never filled by me and was neither even signed by me. But this form was attached with the cancelled cheque which was originally signed by me. Details of these documents as a part of evidence is available with me. more over the space available on this vodafone authorization form is only for one mobile number. yet two mobile numbers were written. one number belongs to me and other of 3rd person . the other number mentioned in this form does not even belong to me.

Vodafone — Documentation

"Happy to help" has asked me to submit My docs 4 times in 14 days.I am not sure whether They really be happy after collation of Several pics N stick it on butt of Ponny to make him happy or Toast among themselves after befooling customers time and again.

Whatever be the reason behind all these, I strongly recommend to all aspiring Happy customers to think again before Connecting to them...Beware Wherever U go Our Customer Harrasment Unit Follows you...read between the lines before seeking help from CRM...

Vodafone — payment on number which does not belongs to me

Hi,

I am having Vodafone No.[protected] which was active for last more than 5 year but now suddenly it is disconnected by vodafone co. stating that i had one vodafone connection on that payment due of Rs.631/- as per my knowlege i am using this vodafone connection for last five years prior to this i was having AIRTEL CONNECTION.i have taken this connection in 2005 & this people after 5 year coming asking for money which was was due on my other connection.

At present i am staying at sion for more than 10 years in between the decade i have not received any communication for my outstanding from vodafone nor hutch nor orange ,but now they suddenly got up and asking for money which i realy don't know. i have already requested vodafone exe. & gallery to send me detail bill but still i am receiving it only & mailed it vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com .My vodafone connection got barred because of this & i am loosing lot of my business because of this. It is only mistake of company waking up after 5 year & their one of exe.Mr. Vinod telling me It can take even 10 year.

So. i just want the solution for the same because i don't think i am the only person facing this kind of problem.

Vodafone — cancellation of joint number

Hello Sir,

This is N.Raj Kumar, iam customer of vodafone service. My Mobile number is [protected]. I have another mobile i.e., joint plan that number is [protected]. I have to cancel second number ([protected]). In my account refund amount is 300 Rupees is there. Please refund my amount, this amout should be adjust in my bill amount in this month..
