[Resolved]  Vodafone — Service debarred

Hi,

I got a corporate account of Vodafone on my Nokia E75 and somehow the limit was fixed on 1100 rs, I got a call on 25th october to pay some interim payment as my usages were reaching 900, I did the same and paid the complete outstanding.
on 1st or 2nd of november I opted for GPRS , VMC service ,this they charge in advance and the outstanding touched 1000 again.
On 4th november I got a call from a very arrogant and angry lady (not understanding that I pay income tax almost equal to her monthly salary every month) told me to make an interim payment immediately in cash, I said I always pay online and I wll pay when I get the bill as I have already paid the interim once on 25th and I haven't made so many calls, yet I paid within 2 hours when I could get time, but then I received an sms that 'your services have been barred'.
I tried to call 111 but seems they had barred me from there as well (thanks to the lady the other day) , I tried to get to call center executive for about 50 - 100 times and the menu keeps coming to the main menu.
later I was told that this can be activated for a subscriber , no guess who put this on for me for no obvious reasons, just that I said "I can't visit any office now, I will pay online".

I guess how many these kind of personalities are roaming around, taking revenge on anyone and everyone whosoever makes them look small, I just subscribed to VMC, didn't even call more than 300 minutes.But some one decided it has to be cut off and there I am .

VodaFone is saying the connection is fine from their end but I can't call I can't sms, I can't use my GPRS, I can't use my GPS locator (it uses GPRS) and I am paying some amount daily for the GPRS and VMC :-).

its 7th november, the call center tells me to go to their vodafone center and get my sim checked, as my services are fine from their end.
Who has time to go to some Vodafone center ?
And what went wrong with my sism after receiving message from them that my services have been barred.
I know some people in Vodafone newbury I would like to tell them this is how the business is being operated around here.
