[Resolved]  Vodafone — Numbers not remove from CUG list for two month long application

Dear Sir

My company purchase new vodafone connection for me and my office staff ( [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). our relation with vodafone is very long since originaly vodafone was cellforce. we have no problem with you yet, but from last two month we are not happy with you, perticularly regarding my application for removing my numbers from CUG group.

i can explain what is problem, my company purchase five new connection from you in sep-08 from Prarthana Communication (G - 4, Landmark Complex. Hdfc Bank, Mithakali Cross Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad) when i purchase new connection i specificaly told that i want CUG connection on my company's name and i want my own CUG group. instade of it they add my numbers in to swaminarayan group, i was not provided any document for add my number in to swaminarayan group. i only give documents of my employee who actually use number. my company give letter to create our company CUG gruop. i do not know how they add my numbers in to swaminarayan group? what they document use for it and what you verify for it i do not know? i give written application to at vodafone stor for removing my numbers from swaminarayan group and create my company CUG group, when i give application to at vodafone store they told that we have to send these application to our higher official for approval for it. i was go vodafone store for five to six time for these matter they only told me that we have not get reply from our concern office, just few days back i again go to vodafone store regarding these matter they told me that i can give letter for removing my number swaminarayan group on swaminarayan group letter pad. how can i give letter on swaminarayan group letter pad ? i had not give any letter to Vodafone for add my numbers to swaminarayan group then how can you demand for it? vodafone allready add my numbers in to swaminarayan group using fraud documents and now you demand me for original document for it, that i can give you letter on swaminarayan group letter pad.
one other thing i have to add that i was suggested by vodafone delear that i can close these connection and take new connection, in these we can create a my company CUG group.

these problem is two month long and still not solved, vodafone are not intersted in solving these problem.

let me know what you can do in these matter after your reply i will decide for necessary further action i have to taken.
