discontinuation of services after activation since last 10 days

i have purchased the sim of vodafone prepaid the no. is [protected] fifteen days back the sim was activated , the required documents were submitted. But the sim is deactivated and the outgoing calls facility is not working this has caused harrasment and mental tension to me, apart from financial losses....

Prepaid - setup issues and extremely poor service quality

Hello,

I just activated a prepaid Vodafone SIMin Kolkata. The promotional rate was supposed to 50p/min for Local and STD calls. Instead I was being charged at some absurd rate of Rs. 2/min. When I tried to call Customer Service to determine the issue, they said they could not verify my number was activated and wen I tried to request more details the CSR started avoiding my questions to make is an increasingly frustrating experience....

Hi Vodafone Care,

I have taken a new post paid connection bearing mobile no [protected] in Hyderabad at Genpact Hitech City, a couple of months back during Diwali, when Vodafone announced an offer to choose two Reebok gifts from a set of (goggle, watches, bag or Reebok tracks ) on the receipt of my first bill. irregular opening since last six month

I want to draw your kind attenttion towards irreguar opening since last six month and regularly closing of vodafone mini store since last two days. The Mini store at Beawar namely Krishna Corporation is continue closed since last tow days. It is also closed today.Due to that I am facing great problesms perputally .

Deactivating sms pack without notice and charging unnecessary

I had activated sms pack in my vodafone mobile around one year back. According to this every local sms costs 2paise with a monthly rental of 49 rupees. This 49 rupees would be cut from my balance every month. If had balance less than 49, my account balance goes to negative. hidden charges and usless customer care

im having vodafone corporate coneection, in month of oct on 16th and 17th they charged my all SMS and Calls, hence mine 1000 local calss ad 1000 SMS was free as per corporate plan,
